Program Quality Leader (BURSA)

Amaris Engineering & High Technologies

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering from reputable universities
• Minimum 3 year experience in Quality in Automotive industry
• To implement and carry out ISO 16949, ISO 14001 and Q1 systems,
• Experienced on Welded Production Processes, and 6Sigma tools
• Specific qualification in DFMEA, PFMEA, Control plan, Fixtures / Gages, Measurement, Problem solving: 8D, Variability reduction, Schedule-A report (APQP), PPAP, Appearance approval (AAR), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English
• Resident or willing to relocate in BURSA

İŞ TANIMI

• To deploy quality tools and Reinforced control plan on automotive program and ensure milestone approva

• The Program Quality Leader is the representant of the customer and must implement the control plan on the production to confirm conformity of the process and the product before delivery to the customer.
• The PQL will have to manage the progress of the ANPQP requirement in order to get from the customer the full approval of the milestones on time vs the main milestone of the program.
• The PQL will manage the Perceived Quality Evaluation and the follow-up of the action plan defined by the engineering dept and will support all problem solving activities until convergence to the program target achievement.
