QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Headquartered in Milan, the company is a unique partner for the realization of structured turnkey projects on a global scale, based on the integration of specific product lines as traditional refrigerating cabinets, positive-temperature vertical and semi-vertical refrigerated counters, negative-temperature vertical and horizontal refrigerated cabinets, Plug-in cases, medium and high capacity refrigeration systems and cold rooms.
- Minimum 3 years HR processes experience in multinational environment,
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field,
- Well knowledge both theoretical and practical about Turkish Labor Law-4857 and Turkish Social Security Law-5510,
- Able to manage Labor Union relations,
- Able to prioritise and organise own work,
- Excellent communication skills and team oriented,
- Result Oriented,
- Contributes fully to an effective team environment; demonstrates willingness to work cooperatively with other departments to achieve shared goals,
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion,
- Good IT skills and familiarity with HR database (SAP knowledge is preferred)
- Strong command of English both written and spoken,
- Able to work flexibly, adapting quickly to change and responding positively to new ways of working enabling us to thrive on change and constantly improve,
- Driving licence,

- Live/Willing to live in Çorlu or Çerkezköy.
İŞ TANIMI
- Monitors regular day-to-day HR activities and ensures that all standards and deadlines are met,
- Develops and distributes monthly personnel statistics reports and prepares monthly and weekly HR reports,
- To manage the recruitment process, from establishing accurate job descriptions, through to letters of appointment and contracts of employment,
- Creates, maintains and follows-up the all employee records and human resources documentation,
- To plan and implement all training and where appropriate identify and use external training providers,
- Prepares and announces the orientation program for the new employees and makes sure that they receive the necessary trainings,
- To administer and maintain all other contractual and HR data (e.g., medical insurance, disciplinary records etc),
- To coordinate the relationship with the HR payroll consultants,
- To advise line managers on the implementation and interpretation of Company policies and procedures as they relate to employee relations. This advise will cover general Terms and Conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equal opportunities, redundancies, maternity etc,
- To manage the administration of the annual performance reviews and establish individual and Company training as development plans,
- To ensure that all personnel data are accurate on the system and updated daily (e.g. starters, leavers, pay adjustments, etc.) in order to meet payroll deadlines,
- To manage communication and organizational structures (including general services like cleaning, canteen, security etc.),
- To check expenses bills in coordination with the Finance department,
- to Work on HR projects as detailed by the Operations Director.
