Bankadaki ilk planlamadan ba\u015flay\u0131p i\u015fe al\u0131m, yerle\u015ftirme, geli\u015fim, e\u011fitim, kariyer planlamas\u0131 ile ilgili t\u00fcm fonksiyonlar\u0131 bu ekiple beraber yap\u0131yoruz. Bir i\u015fe al\u0131m ekibimiz var, i\u015fe al\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda \u00e7ok titiz davran\u0131yoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bankada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n hayat\u0131 derinden etkileyen uzun bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Biz ABank olarak, i\u015fe ba\u015flayan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bizden emekli olacaklar\u0131 s\u00fcrece kadar planlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. O planlamadan sonra iyi bir aday bulabilmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00d6ncelikle i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczg\u00fcn yap\u0131lmas\u0131, bu konuda i\u015f kollar\u0131yla \u0130K\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 ileti\u015fim halinde olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m. Bu a\u015famadan sonra aday yaratma s\u00fcrecinde elimize ula\u015fan \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015fleri inceliyoruz. Performans y\u00f6netiminde \u0130K olarak \u00fczerinde \u0131srarla sundu\u011fumuz temel nokta objektiflik. Bizim performans sistemimizde ilk \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan kendisini de\u011ferlendiriyor, sonra \u00fcst y\u00f6neticisi onu de\u011ferlendiriyor. \u0130kisinin aras\u0131ndaki farklara bak\u0131larak bir performans g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bizim y\u00f6neticilere tavsiyemiz, performans y\u00f6netiminin hi\u00e7 bitmeyen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011fu ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara ne kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 geri bildirimde bulunurlarsa i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 da o kadar etkileyece\u011fi oluyor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>-Banka i\u00e7inde nas\u0131l e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 uyguluyorsunuz? Bu programlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara ve size ne gibi faydalar sa\u011fl\u0131yor?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>ABank olarak e\u011fitime \u00f6nem veren bir bankay\u0131z. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z, onlar i\u00e7in olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz e\u011fitim men\u00fcs\u00fcnden istedikleri e\u011fitimleri se\u00e7ebiliyorlar. Burada ayn\u0131 anda 120 ki\u015fiye e\u011fitim verebilir durumday\u0131z. \u0130ki sene \u00f6nce bir i\u00e7 e\u011fitmen kadrosu kurduk. Onlardan \u00f6zellikle oryantasyon e\u011fitimlerinde ve baz\u0131 teknik e\u011fitimlerde \u00e7ok yo\u011fun olarak faydalanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu program\u0131n desteklenerek b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Hatta \u00fcmidim odur ki, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda banka e\u011fitimlerimizin y\u00fczde 50 &#8211; 60&#8217;l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7 e\u011fitmenler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla verelim.<\/p>\n<h2><b>-Kariyer Y\u00f6netimi planlamas\u0131 olarak ne gibi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z var?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b><\/b>Herkesin kendi hayat\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7izmi\u015f oldu\u011fu bir plan ve kariyer var, biz de \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 olarak bunu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar arkada\u015flar ad\u0131na yerine getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kariyer planlamas\u0131 deyince genellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen \u015fey bir \u00fcst unvan oluyor. Ki\u015filerin mutlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecekleri, ayaklar\u0131n\u0131n geri geri gitti\u011fi de\u011fil, hevesle geldikleri bir i\u015f yeri yaratma amac\u0131m\u0131z var. ABank\u2019\u0131n her sene bir y\u0131ld\u0131zlar ligi oluyor. Okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk g\u00fcn \u00e7ocuk sahibi olan bayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla ilgilenmeleri i\u00e7in bir g\u00fcn izin veriyoruz. Amac\u0131m\u0131z onlar\u0131 i\u015f hayatlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da biraz nefes ald\u0131rabilmek, sosyal hayatlar\u0131na birazc\u0131k da olsa dokunabilmek. Bu bizim i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. Haftada bir g\u00fcn genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn de kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 ki\u015filik kahvalt\u0131lar yap\u0131yoruz. Bunun \u00fcst y\u00f6netimle b\u00fct\u00fcn banka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir ileti\u015fim kanal\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 olarak sosyal medyada ABank kariyer sayfam\u0131z var. Orada m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar e\u011flenceli bir \u015fekilde hem bankam\u0131z\u0131 tan\u0131tmak hem kendi i\u00e7imizdeki ileti\u015fimi devam ettirmek istiyoruz. \u015eimdi \u0130K olarak bir blog sayfas\u0131 da kurduk.
