Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 yaratmak i\u00e7in \u0130K uzmanl\u0131k merkezlerimizle birlikte t\u00fcm grup \u015firketlerimiz i\u00e7in yenilik\u00e7i \u0130K uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 tasarl\u0131yoruz ve hayata ge\u00e7iyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye olarak son 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir entegrasyon s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7tik. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u0130K olarak t\u00fcm grup \u015firketlerimizdeki benzer nitelikte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, uygulamalar\u0131 ve uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015f m\u00fckemmelli\u011fi bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla &#8220;\u0130K Hizmetler&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda birle\u015ftirdik. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde, verimlilik ve bilginin merkezi olarak toplanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olduk.<\/p>\n<p>Her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcyen yap\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7inde bizi gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yacak etki ve \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011fu inanc\u0131yla s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizi y\u00f6netiyoruz. Ba\u015far\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sergiledi\u011fi ve sergileyece\u011fi y\u00fcksek performansla direkt ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funun bilincindeyiz. Bizim SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye olarak bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede belirledi\u011fimiz kurumsal de\u011ferlerimiz var. Bu de\u011ferler aras\u0131nda yer alan &#8220;G\u00fcven&#8221;, do\u011fruluk ve y\u00fcksek i\u015f ahlak\u0131n\u0131 temel alan standartlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yani i\u015fimizin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturuyor. Bir di\u011fer de\u011ferimiz olan &#8220;\u00c7eviklik&#8221; tak\u0131m oyununa \u00f6nem veren, de\u011ferleri \u00f6nceliklendiren, de\u011fi\u015fime adapte olan, hatta de\u011fi\u015fimi yaratan bir organizasyon anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eirketimizin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 fikirlere, farkl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lere ve farkl\u0131 deneyimlere sahip ki\u015filere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. &#8220;Kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k&#8221; anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla da farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015finden gidiyor ve herkesi ortak hedeflere ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in i\u015f birli\u011fine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaya davet ediyoruz. Zaman\u0131 ve kaynaklar\u0131 en etkin \u015fekilde kullanmay\u0131 i\u00e7eren &#8220;Verimlilik&#8221;, eylem ve kararlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n etraf\u0131ndaki insanlar, \u00e7evre ve toplum \u00fczerindeki etkiyi ifade eden &#8220;Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck&#8221; ve tabii ki i\u015fine hem kalbi hem de akl\u0131yla ba\u011fl\u0131 olmay\u0131 kapsayan &#8220;Tutku&#8221; bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<p>Organizasyonun de\u011fi\u015fmesine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmede insan kaynaklar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. \u00d6\u011frenme kavram\u0131 ise art\u0131k kariyer kavram\u0131 ile ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. Gelecekte ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak yeni yetkinliklerin tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131, en iyi yetenekler i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ekici deneyimler yaratmak \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve beklentileri fark\u0131nda olan bir \u015firket olarak, yetenekleri\u00a0 \u00e7ekmek ve elde tutmak i\u00e7in yetenek y\u00f6netimi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini en iyi \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u015fin ve aday\u0131n beklentilerini ortak bir noktada birle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz, de\u011ferlerimize uyum sa\u011flayan &#8220;Do\u011fru i\u015fe do\u011fru aday&#8221; politikam\u0131z \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za y\u00f6nelik motivasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130K departman\u0131 olarak &#8220;\u0130\u015fimiz insan, i\u015fimiz memleket, i\u015fimiz gelecek&#8221; temel vizyonu ile hareket ediyoruz. \u0130\u015fimizin memleket meselesi olmas\u0131 motivasyonumuzu y\u00fcksek tutman\u0131n, ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ana nedeni diyebilirim. Bug\u00fcn bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 98\u2019ler gibi olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek bir seviyede. Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde y\u00fczde 15\u2019lerde olan personel devir oran\u0131n\u0131n, SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fczde 6 gibi olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir d\u00fczeyde olmas\u0131 ve en \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmak istenen enerji \u015firketleri aras\u0131nda yer almam\u0131z bizi gururland\u0131r\u0131yor. SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye ve grup \u015firketleri olarak bizim teknolojik altyap\u0131m\u0131z buna uygun oldu\u011fundan, bu d\u00f6nemde k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede organize olduk, ofis personelimizin tamam\u0131 uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.
