G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yap\u0131lan kategorileri formal, informal ve do\u011fal kategoriler olarak de\u011ferlendirmek gerekti\u011fini belirten Erkan, \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lerin kendini bu s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalardan nas\u0131l ay\u0131rabilece\u011fine dair de bilgi veriyor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>En yayg\u0131n grup Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 kategorisi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn \u0130K departmanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve hatta hen\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olmayan adaylar\u0131 kategorize etti\u011fi en yayg\u0131n grup Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131. Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 informal bir kategori. 1980 ile 2000 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 kapsayan Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n temel \u00f6zelliklerini ve isteklerini dikkate alan \u0130K politikalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek bug\u00fcn pek \u00e7ok \u015firketin g\u00fcndemine ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir konu. \u00a0Bu \u0130K \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n en ba\u015f\u0131nda Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tercihi olan esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, hiyerar\u015finin ve k\u0131dem anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, ofislerde rahat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131, teknolojinin yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, yani Digital HR ba\u015fta geliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Formal ve do\u011fal kategoriler <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130K departmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan formal s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar\u0131ndan biri de <strong>Yetenekler<\/strong>\u2026 Bug\u00fcn pek \u00e7ok kurumsal firma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlemek i\u00e7in Performans De\u011ferlendirme ve 360 Derece Yetkinlik De\u011ferlendirme gibi sistemler kullan\u0131yor. Buradan \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7larla da \u015firket i\u00e7erisindeki yeteneklerini, gelece\u011fin y\u00f6neticilerini tespit edip, onlar\u0131n geli\u015fimine \u00f6zg\u00fc uygulamalar tasarl\u0131yor. Tabi bu de\u011ferlendirmelere g\u00f6re yetenekler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda; ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131, geli\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131k ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck performans g\u00f6steren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar gibi di\u011fer gruplarda olu\u015fuyor. \u0130K departmanlar\u0131 bu gruplar i\u00e7in de aksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130K departmanlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ofis i\u00e7erisinde zaman zaman do\u011fal s\u0131n\u0131flar da olu\u015fabiliyor. Bunlardan en bilineni belirli bir okuldan mezun olanlar ya da benzer \u015firketlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u015feklinde. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u015firketteki Bo\u011fazi\u00e7ililer, ya da X \u015eirketliler gibi. Yine bilinen en do\u011fal s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma \u015fekillerinden biri de eskiler ve yeniler \u015feklinde. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda beklentileri kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetini art\u0131rmas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan verimlili\u011fine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kategorize etmek yararl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilebilir. \u00a0Fakat madalyonun di\u011fer ucunda \u201cdi\u011ferleri\u201d ve \u201c\u00f6tekile\u015ftirme\u201d kavramlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Di\u011ferleri ad\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi gibi kategorinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalanlar\u0131 ifade ediyor. \u0130K departmanlar\u0131 belirli bir gruba \u00f6zg\u00fc uygulamalar hayata geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi noktada, di\u011ferleri bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissediyor ve ve de\u011fersiz oldu\u011fu duygusuna kap\u0131labiliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin bir organizasyonda Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerde, bu Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ya\u015f gruplar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle bir tepki verebilir. \u201cBu \u015firket sadece Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor, bize de\u011fer veren yok!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6tekile\u015ftirme kavram\u0131 ise daha \u00e7ok di\u011ferlerinin tepkisi sonucu kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u0130K departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan bir s\u0131n\u0131f, di\u011ferleri taraf\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015flanma, \u00f6tekile\u015ftirilmeye maruz kalabiliyor. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u0130K departmanlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma yaparken \u00f6tekile\u015ftirmemesi, s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan di\u011ferlerini de k\u00fcst\u00fcrmemesi \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Gen\u00e7ler Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131ndan s\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Gen\u00e7ler \u00f6zellikle Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda olmakta s\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00fcrekli kategorize edilmek ve her davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u201cE ne de olsa Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2026\u201d \u015feklinde yorumlanmas\u0131 onlar\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcyor. Bu ayr\u0131ca Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yer alan insanlar\u0131n kendilerine \u00f6zg\u00fc yetkinlikleri, zevkleri, \u00f6zellikleri olamazm\u0131\u015f gibi de bir alg\u0131ya sebep olabiliyor. Yani bu ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaysan\u0131z art\u0131k bu ku\u015faktan g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye mahkumsunuz. Gen\u00e7 arkada\u015flar burada ki\u015fisel \u00f6zelliklerini, be\u011fenilerini, yetkinliklerini \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kararak, ayn\u0131 ku\u015faktan g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fckleri di\u011fer ki\u015filerle farklar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarak bu tan\u0131mlamadan en az\u0131ndan yak\u0131n \u00e7evrelerinde kurtulabilirler.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Bireyi kendi \u00f6zelinde de\u011ferlendirmek gerek <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda ben \u015fahsi olarak Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 tan\u0131mlamas\u0131na bir \u0130K\u2019c\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar\u0131 do\u011fduklar\u0131 tarihe g\u00f6re tan\u0131mlamak ve buna uygun \u0130K politikalar\u0131 tasarlamak; \u0130K departmanlar\u0131 olarak bizim bireyi kendi \u00f6zelinde de\u011ferlendirmek, \u00f6l\u00e7mek ve y\u00f6netmek felsefemize de \u00e7ok uygun de\u011fil. Bence bu Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 diye bir \u015fey varsa do\u011fas\u0131na da ayk\u0131r\u0131; d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsenize siz \u0130K departman\u0131 olarak hem bu ki\u015filer bireycidir diye tabiri caizse yaftalayacaks\u0131n\u0131z, sonra da k\u00fcm\u00fclatif bir \u015fekilde bu ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z.
