ABD\u2019de Teksas Houston\u2019da, Avrupa\u2019da \u0130talya\u2019da ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de Gemlik, Bursa ve \u0130stanbul\u2019da ofislerimiz ve tesislerimiz var. Bu bize hem global hem lokal d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilme, birbirinden \u00f6\u011frenme, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel entegrasyon gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli beceriyi katt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve Kurumsal Geli\u015fim ekibi olarak 19 ki\u015filik bir ekibiz. Stratejik \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 ve organizasyonel geli\u015fim konular\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda yeniledi\u011fimiz insan kaynaklar\u0131 stratejimizle, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ndan alan bir yap\u0131 olma hedefiyle ilerledik. Tam da bu sebeple 2020 ba\u015f\u0131nda, Borusan\u2019\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleri ve stratejileriyle uyumlu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131zla yak\u0131n temasta, b\u00fct\u00fcnsel ve yenilik\u00e7i bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ileti\u015fimi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek ve geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in neler yapabiliriz diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde bir g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ekiple yola \u00e7\u0131kma karar\u0131 ald\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>En iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimini ya\u015fatmak i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 departmanlardan, farkl\u0131 unvan gruplar\u0131ndan bir araya gelen 22 ki\u015filik g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc &#8220;Action Master&#8221; ekibi yeni d\u00f6nemde bir nevi de\u011fi\u015fim el\u00e7ilerimiz oldular. Bu ekip, kendi ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan da yola \u00e7\u0131karak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyime dokunan temel iyile\u015ftirme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 belirledi, odak alanlar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu ve \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hakk\u0131nda bilgi ve donan\u0131ma sahip oldu. Kurum i\u00e7i network, \u00e7evik anlay\u0131\u015f gibi e\u011fitimlerle destekledi\u011fimiz Action Master\u2019lar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sesini dinleyerek hedeflerini ve bu hedefe gidecek yol haritalar\u0131n\u0131 belirliyor, \u00e7evik bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve de\u011fer \u00fcretiyorlar. TEK kart uygulamas\u0131 ile bu kapsamdaki her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana yetkileri ve yetkinliklerinin tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kart veriliyor. Bu kartla, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar sadece yetkin olduklar\u0131 makineleri kullanabiliyorlar. B\u00f6ylece farkl\u0131 makinede uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015fka makineyi kullanam\u0131yor ve b\u00f6ylece i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi garanti ediliyor. \u00d6nce g\u00fcvenlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ba\u015flayan TEK Kart uygulamas\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde, do\u011fru yerde do\u011fru insana g\u00f6rev verilmesinde dijital \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunuyor. Y\u00f6neticilere ise ekiplerinin g\u00f6revlendirmelerinde yard\u0131mc\u0131 olarak riski en aza indiren bir saha y\u00f6netimi imkan\u0131 veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan T\u00fcrk sanayisinin bel kemi\u011fini olu\u015fturan \u015firketlerden biri olarak \u00e7arklar\u0131n d\u00f6nmesi i\u00e7in Covid-19 s\u00fcrecinde de \u00fcretimimizi durdurmad\u0131k, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam ettik. Anket yan\u0131tlar\u0131 i\u015f yeri doktorlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kontrol\u00fcnde oluyor. Ayr\u0131ca uygulama barkod sistemiyle servislerde her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana g\u00fcvenli mesafeye g\u00f6re bir yer at\u0131yor. Bu sayede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z daha i\u015fe gelmeden bula\u015fma riskini minimize etmi\u015f, temasl\u0131lar\u0131 h\u0131zla takip edebilmi\u015f oluyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Olumlu ileti\u015fimi geli\u015ftirme, birbirimizden \u00f6\u011frenme konusunda \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli aktivitelerimiz var. Bunlardan Covid-19 d\u00f6nemi ile birlikte hayat\u0131m\u0131za giren &#8220;Dijital Ofis&#8221; platformu i\u00e7inde &#8220;Dijital kahve sohbetleri&#8221; ile \u00f6zel g\u00fcn ve keyifli payla\u015f\u0131mlar, &#8220;Wise Talks&#8221; ile birbirimizden \u00f6\u011frenme ve bilgi payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, &#8220;Dijital sahne&#8221; ve &#8220;Dijital sa\u011fl\u0131k&#8221; ile de wellbeing konular\u0131nda kendimizi iyi hissettirecek uygulama ve payla\u015f\u0131mlar yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gelecek d\u00f6nemdeki projeleriniz aras\u0131nda neler var?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u015eirketimizin ortalama k\u0131dem y\u0131l\u0131 10.
