Peki e\u011fitim y\u00f6netiminde &#8220;Kirkpatrick&#8221; modeli nedir ve nas\u0131l uygulan\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle e\u011fitim y\u00f6netiminde do\u011fru bir de\u011ferlendirme sistemi kullanmak ve bu e\u011fitim geli\u015fim y\u00f6netimini bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak ele almak olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. Bu noktada \u00f6zellikle insan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ele al\u0131nabilecek olan verimli bir e\u011fitim de\u011ferlendirme modelinden bahsedece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kirkpatrick modeli nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Donald Kirkpatrick taraf\u0131ndan 1959 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. E\u011fitimlerin pratik, uygulanabilir ve realiteye uygun y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulmu\u015f <strong>4 a\u015famal\u0131<\/strong> bir de\u011ferlendirme modelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Reaksiyon:<\/strong> Bu a\u015famada, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n e\u011fitime nas\u0131l tepki verdi\u011fini \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleriz. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n e\u011fitmeni, konuyu, materyalleri, sunumu, e\u011fitimin verildi\u011fi alan\u0131 be\u011fenmeleri ve bu e\u011fitimi \u00f6zel bir deneyim olarak g\u00f6rmeleri \u00f6nemlidir.
