Yeni modelle, Vodafone\u2019un merkez ve b\u00f6lge ofisleri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f birli\u011fi, inovasyon, sosyalle\u015fme amac\u0131yla bir araya gelecekleri bulu\u015fma noktalar\u0131 olacak.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00f6nemde, Vodafone\u2019un Maslak, Teknokent ve b\u00f6lge ofisleri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fi, inovasyon, sosyalle\u015fme amac\u0131yla bir araya gelecekleri bulu\u015fma noktalar\u0131 olacak. Vodafone \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ayr\u0131ca, ilerleyen d\u00f6nemde \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00e7e\u015fitli lokasyonlar\u0131nda bulunacak payla\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 ofisleri de kullanabilecek. Payla\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 ofisler sayesinde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara belli g\u00fcnlerde \u0130stanbul\u2019un diledikleri bir yerinde ya da evlerine en yak\u0131n noktada bulunan payla\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 ofiste \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunulacak.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimini ve esnekli\u011fi merkeze al\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Vodafone T\u00fcrkiye \u0130cra Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 B\u00fclent Bayram, konuyla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPandemi \u2018Ofiste olmak ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6stergesidir, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n verimlili\u011fini g\u00f6rerek sa\u011flayabilirim\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131. Yeni d\u00f6nemde, zamandan ve mek\u00e2ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve i\u015f odakl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yayg\u0131nla\u015facak. Eyl\u00fcl 2020\u2019de M\u00fc\u015fteri Hizmetleri ekibimizin tamam\u0131n\u0131n pandemi sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurmu\u015ftuk. \u015eimdi de merkez ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in benzer bir ad\u0131m atarak, pandemi sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/kariyer-rehberi\/hibrit-calisma-modeli-nedir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma<\/a><\/strong> modeline ge\u00e7i\u015f karar\u0131 ald\u0131k. Ofislerimizi birbirimizle sosyalle\u015febilece\u011fimiz, farkl\u0131 ekiplerle i\u015f birlikleri yap\u0131p yeni fikirler \u00fcretebilece\u011fimiz, kolektif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z ve kritik payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler i\u00e7in kullanaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z birer \u2018merkez\u2019 olarak konumlayaca\u011f\u0131z. Organizasyonumuzu ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modeline haz\u0131rlamak amac\u0131yla dijital yemek kart\u0131, ergonomi destek paketi, uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kiti gibi yeni yan haklar ve destek paketleri tan\u0131mlad\u0131k. Ayr\u0131ca, yeni dijital platformlar\u0131 hayat\u0131m\u0131za katarak uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenindeki toplant\u0131, i\u015f birli\u011fi, sosyalle\u015fme ve inovasyon deneyimlerimizi iyile\u015ftirdik. Vodafone T\u00fcrkiye olarak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimini merkeze koydu\u011fumuz uygulamalara devam edece\u011fiz.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Evlerde ergonomik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vodafone, hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelini desteklemek \u00fczere, ergonomiden toplant\u0131 d\u00fczenine kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli alanlarda baz\u0131 yeni uygulamalar\u0131 da hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Pandeminin ba\u015f\u0131nda ofisteki sandalye, monit\u00f6r, ayd\u0131nlatma gibi ergonomi ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 dileyen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n evlerine yollayan Vodafone, bir sonraki a\u015famada evlerde do\u011fru \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na 2 bin TL de\u011ferinde Ergonomi Hediye \u00c7eki hediye etti. Vodafone ayr\u0131ca, Mimari Destek program\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n evlerinde ergonomik ortam\u0131 sa\u011flamalar\u0131na destek verecek \u015fekilde dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131. T\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n evlerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma deneyimlerini destekleyecek \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u00e7eren &#8220;Uzaktan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Kiti&#8221; g\u00f6nderdi ve dijital toplant\u0131lardaki deneyimi iyile\u015ftirmek \u00fczere kulakl\u0131k da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rezervasyon i\u00e7in mobil uygulama<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vodafone, hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelindeki deneyimi desteklemek \u00fczere, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ofislere geli\u015flerini kolayca planlamalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bir mobil uygulama hayata ge\u00e7irdi. OneApp ad\u0131 verilen bu uygulamaya Vodafone ofislerinde masa, toplant\u0131 odas\u0131 ve otopark kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 planlamay\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bir rezervasyon sistemi de entegre edildi. Bu sistemde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, 1 hafta \u00f6nceden rezervasyona a\u00e7\u0131lan masalar\u0131 kendileri veya ekip arkada\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in yar\u0131m veya tam g\u00fcn olarak rezerve edebiliyor. Proje gruplar\u0131 olu\u015fturarak, birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015filerin veya ekibin rezervasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 uygulama \u00fczerinden takip edebiliyor. Sosyalle\u015fme alanlar\u0131 ve anl\u0131k kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcsait masalar i\u00e7in rezervasyon gerekmiyor. Bir sonraki a\u015famada, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, servis, restoran, park alan\u0131 ve kuaf\u00f6r kullan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 da rezervasyon sistemi \u00fczerinden planlamalar\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beceri geli\u015fimine odakl\u0131 programlar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vodafone, i\u015fe al\u0131mdan i\u015fe ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 deneyimine (onboarding), mesleki e\u011fitimlerden liderlik geli\u015fimine kadar t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7leri dijitalle\u015ftirerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimini de iyile\u015ftirdi. Ayr\u0131ca, beceri geli\u015fimini oda\u011f\u0131na alarak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na yeni alanlarda beceri kazand\u0131rmak ve gelece\u011fin mesleklerinde kariyerlerine devam etme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunmak i\u00e7in UpSkill ve ReSkill programlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yeni toplant\u0131 d\u00fczeni<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vodafone\u2019da i\u015f ve \u00f6zel hayat dengesini desteklemek \u00fczere toplant\u0131 d\u00fczeninde de de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131ld\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re, her \u00e7ar\u015famba 13:00-17:00 aras\u0131nda i\u015f toplant\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lmayacak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim, inovasyon ve ekip ruhuna odaklanmalar\u0131 te\u015fvik edilecek.
