Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za sosyal, \u00e7evresel ve ekonomik anlamda yans\u0131yabilecek olumsuz etkileri en aza indirmek, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve ailelerinin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar verecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7evresel etmenden korunmas\u0131na \u015firket olarak yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimini iyile\u015ftirmek hep temel oda\u011f\u0131m\u0131z oldu. Setur olarak Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 en ba\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana yak\u0131ndan izledik, gerekli t\u00fcm aksiyonlar\u0131 erkenden hayata ge\u00e7irdik ve ge\u00e7irmeye de devam ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pandemi d\u00f6nemiyle birlikte devreye ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u0130K uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturmak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yanlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu hissettirmek, dijital ara\u00e7 ve uygulamalar ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin farkl\u0131 lokasyonlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za ula\u015farak etkile\u015fim sa\u011flamak, psikolojik ve fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok uygulamay\u0131 devreye ald\u0131k ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za ayn\u0131 h\u0131zla devam ediyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6zetlemek gerekirse;<\/p>\n<p>Pandemi Kriz Ekibi kurarak, mevcut durumun h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirilmesini, karar al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve aksiyon planlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulup devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. \u00a0\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131 uygun olan lokasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zda uzaktan\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modellerini ba\u015flatt\u0131k. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6nemde mevcut servis uygulamam\u0131zdaki hizmet a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fleterek daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n servis imkan\u0131ndan yararlanmas\u0131 ve sosyal temas\u0131 en aza indirgeyerek en g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde ofise ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Setur olarak Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 nedeniyle i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz s\u00fcre\u00e7te ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in bor\u00e7 para talep sistemi kapsam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geni\u015flettik. Haftada en az 2 kez herkesin kat\u0131labilece\u011fi online seminer\/e\u011fitimler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tek tek telefon ile arad\u0131k ve her biri ile bire bir ileti\u015fim kurduk. B\u00f6ylece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kayg\u0131 durumunu \u00f6\u011frenme, \u015firket olarak her zaman oldu\u011fu gibi bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te de kendilerinin ve ailelerinin yanlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu hissettirme, s\u00fcre\u00e7le ve hayata ge\u00e7irilen yeni uygulamalar ile ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini ve geri bildirimlerini alarak beklentilerini \u00f6\u011frenme ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimlerini iyile\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik aksiyonlar ald\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Tam zamanl\u0131 &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli hizmet al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131&#8221; devreye ald\u0131k. \u00c7e\u015fitli Psiko-Sosyal destek imkanlar\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n telefonlar\u0131ndan rahatl\u0131kla ula\u015f\u0131labilecekleri Setur Asistan ad\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131 dostu bir uygulama tasarlad\u0131k. Bu uygulama sayesinde \u0130K ile ilgili t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tamamlanabilmesini, anl\u0131k aksiyon al\u0131nabilmesini ve ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan belgelere ve bilgilere h\u0131zl\u0131ca ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Setur olarak olas\u0131 bir risk durumunda erken tespiti sa\u011flamak, yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131nda olabilmek i\u00e7in h\u0131zl\u0131 cevaplanabilecek ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak doldurulan &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131k Anketi&#8221; olu\u015fturarak, yan\u0131tlar\u0131n &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131k Personeli&#8221; taraf\u0131ndan takibe al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Ofis i\u00e7indeki bir\u00e7ok noktaya QR kod etiketleri yerle\u015ftirdik ve olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz yaz\u0131l\u0131m ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ne zaman, nerede, kiminle temas etti\u011fini yak\u0131ndan takip edebildik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ofis rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilsinler diye ofiste bulunan ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 evlerine g\u00f6t\u00fcrebilmeleri i\u00e7in bir uygulama ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Dijital \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015furken, online toplant\u0131 yo\u011funlu\u011funun da artmas\u0131 nedeniyle arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerine, i\u015flerinin bug\u00fcn\u00fcne ve gelece\u011fine odaklanabilmeleri i\u00e7in uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te haftan\u0131n 2 g\u00fcn\u00fc belirli saat aral\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u201cToplant\u0131s\u0131z saatler\u201d olarak belirledik.<\/p>\n<p>Online e\u011fitimler, online toplant\u0131lar, artan yaz\u0131\u015fmalar, mobil ileti\u015fim ve \u00e7ok daha fazlas\u0131na istinaden dijital platformlar\u0131n kullan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131kla\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte internet ve mobilite ihtiyac\u0131 da artt\u0131. T\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za internet, arama ve sms konusunda destek olabilmek i\u00e7in mobil hat uygulamas\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k ve belirlenen tarife \u00fczerinden faturalar\u0131 her ay \u015firket olarak biz kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Bu ekip ile agile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma metodolojisi ile d\u00fczenli olarak bir araya gelip, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimine y\u00f6nelik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. \u00c7e\u015fitli geri bildirim ve dinleme mekanizmalar\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. Y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizle ilgili bir\u00e7ok geri bildirim ve dinleme anketi yaparken, odak grubu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle pandemi d\u00f6nemine y\u00f6nelik kayg\u0131 anketleri uygulad\u0131k, aramalarla dinleme g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik.<\/p>\n<p>Yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz t\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Deneyimi Tak\u0131m\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan titizlikle incelenmekte ve analizleri yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
