Bu noktada &#8220;b\u00fct\u00fcnsel sa\u011fl\u0131k&#8221; uygulamalar\u0131 ise olduk\u00e7a dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Peki, i\u015fe nereden ba\u015flamal\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pandemi duyurusunun ard\u0131ndan g\u00fcndelik ya\u015famdaki k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar pek \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fimi beraberinde getirdi. D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda uygulanan \u00f6nleyici tedbirlerden toplumun t\u00fcm kesimleri etkilenirken, \u015firketler ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da yeni zorluklarla y\u00fczle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Haz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131z yakalan\u0131lan pandemi krizi, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya d\u00fczenini sarsarken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n stres ve duygusal zorlanma seviyelerini daha da y\u00fckseltti. D\u00f6nemsel olarak de\u011fi\u015fen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenleri, zorunlu-k\u0131smi kapanmalar ve <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/kariyer-rehberi\/hibrit-calisma-modeli-nedir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelleri<\/a><\/strong> g\u00fcndeme geldi. Kimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar; e\u011fitim ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck bak\u0131m kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n kapanmas\u0131 nedeniyle, \u00e7ocuk ya da ya\u015fl\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131 gibi sorunlara ve ev i\u00e7i sorumluluklarda art\u0131\u015fa maruz kald\u0131. Bu beklenmeyen de\u011fi\u015fikliklere uyum sa\u011flamada; kendileri ve aileleri ile ilgili kayg\u0131lar, i\u015flerinin istikrar\u0131 konusunda endi\u015feler, evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ya\u015fanan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck ve teknik sorunlar, performans de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, de\u011fi\u015fen dengeler nedeniyle ya\u015fanan kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve olumsuz duygular, <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve iyilik hallerini derinden etkiledi.<\/strong> T\u00fcm bunlar olurken sosyal mesafe, fiziksel ve sosyal izolasyon, kay\u0131plar ve gelecek endi\u015fesi ile olu\u015fan duygusal zorluklarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak kolay olmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Tam da bu noktada wellbeing\/wellness\/esenlik\/zindelik\/refah kavramlar\u0131 pandemi ile daha \u00f6nemli hale geldi. Bu kavramlarla anlat\u0131lmak istenen b\u00fct\u00fcnsel sa\u011fl\u0131k (bedensel, ruhsal, zihinsel olarak dengede-iyi olma hali), huzurlu ve mutlu hissetme durumudur. Wellbeing\/refah; fiziksel, duygusal, zihinsel, sosyal, \u00e7evresel, spirit\u00fcel ve mesleki bile\u015fenleri ile ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WHO, 2004) ise;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSa\u011fl\u0131k, yaln\u0131zca hastal\u0131k veya sakatl\u0131\u011f\u0131n olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011fil, fiziksel, zihinsel ve sosyal y\u00f6nden tam bir iyilik halidir\u2026 Ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bireyin kendi yeteneklerini fark etti\u011fi, ya\u015fam\u0131n normal stresleriyle ba\u015f edebildi\u011fi, \u00fcretken ve verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabildi\u011fi ve i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu topluma katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabildi\u011fi bir iyilik halidir\u201d<\/strong> tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k risklerini azaltarak hayat kalitelerini y\u00fckseltmelerini desteklemenin, ki\u015fisel verimliliklerini artt\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ne kadar etkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda firman\u0131n k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na olumlu etki de etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f yerlerinde zindelik konusu; pandemi s\u00fcrecindeki belirsizlik ve duygusal zorlanmalar\u0131n artmas\u0131yla daha dikkat \u00e7ekici hale gelmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fverenler, \u0130K profesyonelleri ve y\u00f6neticiler i\u00e7in art\u0131k \u015firketin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00fcretkenli\u011fi ve performanslar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n iyi olu\u015f halleri her zamankinden daha fazla \u00f6ncelikli. Kurumlar, pandemi d\u00f6nemi ve sonras\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnsel sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l destekleyeceklerine ili\u015fkin uygulamalar ve planlar haz\u0131rl\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fu koronavir\u00fcs pandemisi ve sonras\u0131 i\u00e7in ko\u00e7lu\u011fun, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n refah ve performanslar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmada etkin oldu\u011funa dair d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar psikolojik iyi olu\u015fun; insan hayat\u0131 \u00fczerindeki olumlu etkilerini, fiziksel ve zihinsel sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131nda daha az risk ve daha uzun ya\u015fam s\u00fcresi sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. (Ryff, 2014). Ko\u00e7luk gibi davran\u0131\u015fsal ve pozitif psikolojik m\u00fcdahaleler, b\u00fct\u00fcnsel refah\u0131 ve ya\u015fam kalitesini artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Ko\u00e7luk, bireyin davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fikliklerini kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran, ki\u015fisel ve profesyonel geli\u015fime yol a\u00e7an motivasyonel bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Bireyin geli\u015fmesine odaklan\u0131r, ancak terapi gibi iyile\u015ftirici bir profesyonel yard\u0131m de\u011fildir. ICF, ko\u00e7lu\u011fu ki\u015fisel ve profesyonel potansiyellerini en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131karmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ilham veren, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te, m\u00fc\u015fterilerle ortakl\u0131k yapmak olarak tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r. (ICF, 2021).<\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7luk, ki\u015finin liderlik becerilerini geli\u015ftirirken, i\u015fe ve hayata bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde iyile\u015ftiren, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir deneyimdir. <strong>Ko\u00e7luk ili\u015fkisinde, ko\u00e7 bir uzman de\u011fil, bir \u201cd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce orta\u011f\u0131\u201d rol\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenir.<\/strong> Ko\u00e7luk ili\u015fkisinin destekleyici do\u011fas\u0131; sayg\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k, empati, \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fck ve i\u015f birli\u011fine dayanan bir etkile\u015fim i\u00e7erir. Ko\u00e7luk s\u00fcrecinde; m\u00fc\u015fteri kendisi i\u00e7in en iyi olan\u0131 belirler, anlaml\u0131 hedeflerine do\u011fru eylemler planlayarak ilerler, kendi kararlar\u0131ndan ve eylemlerinden sorumlu olur, problem \u00e7\u00f6zmeye ve ki\u015fisel g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerine odaklan\u0131r. Bireyin \u00f6\u011frenme ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu destekleyici s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fam dengesine ve refah\u0131na do\u011frudan hizmet eder.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan sonra, i\u015fe al\u0131m, kariyer ve performans y\u00f6netimi, \u00f6\u011frenme, geli\u015fim, mobilite, otomasyon ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimi gibi t\u00fcm \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin de\u011fi\u015fmesi beklenmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda ofislere geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn fiziksel, zihinsel ve ruhsal a\u00e7\u0131dan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ge\u00e7i\u015fle yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereklidir. Uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 art\u0131k kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak benimseyen firmalar ya da hibrit modeli uygulayanlar, s\u00fcrecin nas\u0131l y\u00f6netilece\u011fi hakk\u0131nda stratejiler geli\u015ftirmek, i\u00e7 ileti\u015fimi tekrar olu\u015fturmak ve yeniden \u015fekillendirmek durumundad\u0131r. Yeni d\u00f6nemde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fen \u00f6nceliklerini, al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve endi\u015felerini anlamak, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi g\u00f6zeterek destekleyici tutum ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile g\u00fcven yaratmak \u00f6ncelik olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir di\u011fer risk ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n pandemi \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck performans seviyelerini anlatan &#8216;Koronavir\u00fcs tembelli\u011fi&#8217; gibi bir durumu ya\u015fayabilecek olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu zorlu s\u00fcrecin, belirsizli\u011fin, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fczerinde yarataca\u011f\u0131 olumsuz etkileri en aza indirebilmek i\u00e7in \u015feffaf ileti\u015fim yaratmak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortamlar\u0131 konusunda esneklik, motivasyon ve y\u00fcksek moral i\u00e7in insan kaynaklar\u0131 birimlerine daha \u00e7ok g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ili\u015fkilerinin farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131, dijital bir d\u00fcnyada makineler ve insanlar\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z fakat birbirleriyle uyumlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, verimlilik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n daha fazla g\u00fcven ve refah ihtiyac\u0131 gibi ger\u00e7eklerle \u00e7ok daha fazla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. \u015eirketlerin hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 hem de m\u00fc\u015fterisini elde tutarak bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131, \u015firket ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen kritik fakt\u00f6rden biri olan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n performans\u0131n\u0131n ve i\u015f yeri refah\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130yi performans i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde motivasyonun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra fiziksel, duygusal, zihinsel kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gereklidir.
