Pandeminin ilk g\u00fcnlerinden itibaren h\u0131zl\u0131 ve \u00e7evik bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizi yeniden d\u00fczenleyerek, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n evden rahatl\u0131kla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmelerini sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na teknolojik altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizi uygun hale getirdik. Pandemi d\u00f6neminde \u201cuzakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131k\u201d mottosuyla bir\u00e7ok uygulamay\u0131 devreye ald\u0131k. Liderlerimizin ekipleriyle daha iyi ileti\u015fim kurmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in e\u011fitimler verdik, \u00fcst y\u00f6netim ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBize her yer Cigna\u2019\u2019 slogan\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n mekandan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine devam etmelerine olanak tan\u0131yoruz. Uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda; yazl\u0131k yerlerden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, hafta sonu k\u0131s\u0131tlama oldu\u011fu g\u00fcnlerde hafta i\u00e7i bir g\u00fcn ile hafta sonu iznini de\u011fi\u015ftirme, farkl\u0131 illerden de i\u015fe al\u0131m yapma gibi uygulamalar var.<\/p>\n<p>Yine bu kapsamda toplant\u0131s\u0131z cuma, i\u015f ya\u015fam dengesinin korunmas\u0131 ad\u0131na 30 ve 60 dakikal\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131n s\u00fcresinin 20 ve 50 dakikaya indirilmesi gibi uygulamalar\u0131 da devreye ald\u0131k.
