Bunu da \u201c<b>i\u00e7sel motivasyon<\/b>\u201d olarak ifade etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 t\u00fcm bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalardan yararlanm\u0131\u015f ve \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r ikinci g\u00fcd\u00fcy\u00fc harekete ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in \u00f6d\u00fcl-ceza y\u00f6ntemini bir motivasyon arac\u0131 olarak kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u015f hedeflerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na havu\u00e7 sunarken, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiremeyenlere sopa uzatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Bu y\u00f6ntemin insanlar\u0131 belirli bir hedefe ula\u015fmalar\u0131 konusunda te\u015fvik etti\u011fi deneyimlenmi\u015ftir. Daniel Pink \u201cDrive\u201d isimli kitab\u0131nda bu konuda say\u0131s\u0131z \u00f6rnek vermi\u015ftir ve konuyu pek \u00e7ok y\u00f6n\u00fcyle detayland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Edward Deci ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131 128 ayr\u0131 deneyin sonucu olarak maddi \u00f6d\u00fcller i\u00e7sel motivasyona b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde zarar veriyor. \u201cKurumlar, aileler, okullar, \u015firketler ve atletizm kul\u00fcpleri gibi k\u0131sa vadeli sonu\u00e7lara odaklan\u0131p insanlar\u0131n davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda uzun erimli hasara yol a\u00e7arlar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGelenekselle\u015fmi\u015f olan \u015fartl\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcller istedi\u011fimizden az\u0131n\u0131 verir. \u0130\u00e7sel motivasyonu ve performans\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve iyi davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bask\u0131lar. \u00dcstelik istemedi\u011fimiz davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 daha da art\u0131rma ihtimali vard\u0131r. Gayri ahlaki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 te\u015fvik edebilir, ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yaratabilir, k\u0131sa vadeli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye sevk edebilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u015eartl\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcl sistemi \u00f6zellikle de yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi gerektiren i\u015flerde kesinlikle tavsiye edilmemektedir. \u00d6d\u00fcl verilecekse bile i\u015fin tamamlanmas\u0131, habersiz yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve tekrarlanmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6d\u00fcl oldu\u011funda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar elindeki dizginleri kaybediyor, oda\u011f\u0131 kay\u0131yor, keyif alarak yapabilece\u011fi bir i\u015fin co\u015fkusunu kaybediyor. \u00d6d\u00fcl-ceza sistemi itaat beklerken i\u00e7sel motivasyon sistemi sorumluluk almay\u0131 gerektirir. \u0130taat g\u00fcn\u00fc kurtar\u0131r, sevgiyi ve ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Peki, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fcd\u00fc olarak tan\u0131mlanan i\u00e7sel motivasyon nas\u0131l sa\u011flanabilir? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fi g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fckle, isteyerek yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?<\/p>\n<p>Elbette m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. \u0130\u00e7sel motivasyonu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in kurumlara \u00f6nerilebilecek 3 anahtar bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>1- \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za \u00f6zerklik tan\u0131y\u0131n.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00f6z iradelerine dayanarak kendi istekleri ve tercihleriyle hareket etmeleri i\u00e7sel motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131nda kendi yolunu \u00e7izmek yat\u0131yor. Gmail, G talk, Google Translate, Google News gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin bu zaman diliminde hayat buldu\u011funu biliyor muydunuz? Ya \u00a03M Amerikan \u015firketi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ndan birinin, bu zaman aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda post-it\u2019i bulmas\u0131na ne dersiniz?<\/p>\n<p><b>2- Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fte ustala\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131n.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nemli bir konuda daha iyiye gitme d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fc olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir. \u00d6d\u00fcl ceza sistemi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n itaatkar ve uyumlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 ister. \u0130\u00e7sel motivasyon anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ysa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fe canla ba\u015fla sar\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 ister.
