De\u011fi\u015fim ise her kurumun ve y\u00f6neticinin kolay kolay benimseyemeyece\u011fi, fakat de\u011fi\u015fimin benimsenmesinden sonra s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin kolayla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark edilmesini sa\u011flayan bir ger\u00e7ektir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle kurumsalla\u015fan veya kurumsalla\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kurumlar\u0131n bu de\u011fi\u015fimden ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bunu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bir\u00e7ok firma fark\u0131nda. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 yakalamak, en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem maddelerinden olmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 hangi hedeflere y\u00f6nelmeli?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 birimi yaln\u0131zca i\u015fe giri\u015f, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f, izin i\u015flemleri vb. s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00fcr\u00fctmemeli. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lere ne kadar \u00e7ok vakit ayr\u0131l\u0131rsa, olmas\u0131 gereken noktadan ve hedeften o kadar uzakla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a y\u00f6netilebilirlik i\u00e7in dijitalle\u015fmeye, h\u0131za, raporlama yapabilirli\u011fe,\u00a0 tutundurmaya ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 do\u011far. Bu kavramlar\u0131n ilk s\u0131ralar\u0131na ise &#8220;tutundurmay\u0131&#8221; eklemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r. Tutundurmay\u0131 ise kendi i\u00e7erisinde bir\u00e7ok alt ba\u015fl\u0131klara ay\u0131rabiliriz. Tutundurman\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde insan kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6netimi arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131ndan olan;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>E\u011fitim,<\/li>\n<li>Oryantasyon,<\/li>\n<li>Performans y\u00f6netimi,<\/li>\n<li>Kariyer planlama<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015f analizi,<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6rev, yetki ve sorumluluklar,<\/li>\n<li>\u00dccret skalas\u0131 vb. bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bu kavramlar do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde ortaya, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/ik-blog\/calisan-sirkulasyonu-nasil-dusurulur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">turnover<\/a><\/strong> rate (personel devir h\u0131z\u0131) azalmas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tutundurma sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6netiminde art\u0131k vazge\u00e7ilmez olan bu kavramlar\u0131n faaliyete ge\u00e7irilmemesi, yaln\u0131zca \u0130K departman\u0131na de\u011fil, kurumun faaliyetlerine de olumsuz yans\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130K stratejik bir rol \u00fcstlenmeli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130nsan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netimini \u00fcstlenen insan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131, uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r geli\u015fen, de\u011fi\u015fen ve dijitalle\u015fen bir s\u00fcrecin i\u00e7erisinde yer al\u0131yor. Bu s\u00fcreci daha y\u00f6netilebilir ve yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 uygulayabilir k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Y\u00f6netimin deste\u011fini almak,<\/li>\n<li>Y\u00f6netimin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 her karar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde olmak,<\/li>\n<li>Y\u00f6netime i\u015f geli\u015ftirici \u00f6neri ve raporlamalar sunabilmek,<\/li>\n<li>Stratejik plan ve hedefleri y\u00f6netim ile belirlemek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlar insan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 i\u00e7in ula\u015f\u0131lacak \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015far\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ba\u015far\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda birimin stratejik bir noktaya ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ortaya konulan bu \u00e7er\u00e7eve do\u011frultusunda y\u00f6netilen bir insan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131, yaln\u0131zca mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcrken, \u201c\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmak istenen bir kurum\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011finden a\u00e7\u0131k pozisyonlar\u0131n daha h\u0131zl\u0131 kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na ve kurumun eksik ve zay\u0131f noktalar\u0131na h\u0131zl\u0131ca \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmesine olanak tan\u0131r.
