Bu y\u00fczden ekip liderlerinin geri bildirim verecekleri konuyu ve eylemi se\u00e7erken dikkatli olmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fi sahiplenirler, bu onlar i\u00e7in de\u011ferlidir ve onlar\u0131n i\u00e7 motivasyonunu sa\u011flayabilir. (Sahiplenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanda)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan bu konuyu fark\u0131nda de\u011filse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u0131rak\u0131n, izlemeye devam edin. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sahiplenmesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecek bir geri bildirim, faydadan \u00e7ok zarar getirebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr \u201ck\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u201d konular\u0131 \u201c\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirme\u201d i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc ile ekip lideri \u00fcstlenirse, ekibin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulma becerisi de azal\u0131r ve ekip liderine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale gelebilirler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck ve \u00f6nemli bir konu:<\/strong> M\u00fcdahale ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011furan, projeye zarar verme potansiyeli olan, ki\u015finin kariyerini olumsuz etkileyebilecek sorunlar. Bu t\u00fcr sorunlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kendini daha da k\u00f6t\u00fc duruma sokmas\u0131n\u0131 istemezsiniz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan durumun fark\u0131nda ise:<\/strong> Bu durumda bile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u201csahiplenmeye\u201d devam etmesi \u00f6nemlidir ve lider a\u00e7\u0131k, geli\u015ftirici sorularla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana bu sorunu nas\u0131l halletmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sorabilir. Proje ile ilgili beklentiyi yeniden ifade edin ve net olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00d6rnek (Example)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>O ana kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131nda neden beklentinin alt\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131n. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan yapt\u0131klar\u0131yla beklenti aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 bilemeyebilir ya da fark\u0131nda olmayabilir. Bu konuda netlik olmas\u0131 de\u011ferli.
