Ekip olman\u0131n \u00f6nemi giderek daha \u00e7ok anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor gibi.<\/p>\n<p>Ait olma hissi beklentisini ise bu kadar kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k, h\u0131zl\u0131, belirsiz bir d\u00fcnyada &#8220;g\u00fcvenli bir limana duyulan ihtiya\u00e7&#8221; olarak yorumlayabilir miyiz? \u0130\u015fverenler, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde hangi bo\u015flu\u011fu dolduracak?<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcst y\u00f6netim ve \u0130K b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin \u00fcst\u00fcne titizlendi\u011fi uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modellerine s\u0131cak bakmayan bir kitle de var bu analizde. Ancak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131nda serbestlik iste\u011fi geneli temsil eden bir vurgu.<\/p>\n<p>Bana g\u00f6re analizin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkelerden en b\u00fcy\u00fck fark\u0131m\u0131z, yetersiz \u00fccret ve daha iyi i\u015f aramak \u00fczerine olan yakla\u015f\u0131m. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ekonomik ko\u015fullarla m\u00fccadele edebilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle yetkinlikleri iyi seviyede olan insanlar, alamad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fccret iyile\u015ftirmelerini veya zamlar\u0131 i\u015f de\u011fi\u015ftirerek elde etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu nedenle i\u015fverenlerin \u00fccret ve yan hak politikalar\u0131 konusunda kendilerini acilen revize etmeleri gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130K b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri olarak \u00f6\u011frenmeye ve geli\u015fmeye \u00e7ok titizleniyoruz; ancak grafik, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi \u00f6\u011frenme\/geli\u015fme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131ndan pek de heyecan duymad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. \u0130nternet gibi s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z ve \u00fccretsiz \u00f6\u011frenme, geli\u015fme ara\u00e7 ve kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu bir d\u00fcnyada, belki de biz \u0130K olarak bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fcncellemeliyiz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlarda heyecan yaratacak ba\u015fka bir \u015feyler yapmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kariyer f\u0131rsat\u0131 beklemesi de bir di\u011fer konu. Bu beklentiye uygun karar almayan i\u015fletmelerde ise huzursuzluklar ba\u015flayabilir. Bu da uzun vadede kurumlar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini zay\u0131flatan etmenlerdendir. \u0130K profesyonelleri olarak bu konuda do\u011fru karar verebilmek i\u00e7in davran\u0131\u015fsal de\u011fil, mesleki yetkinliklere a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k vermeye ba\u015flamal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Pandemiyle birlikte i\u015f ilanlar\u0131na ba\u015fvurular\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme girdik. Bunun bir nedeni beyin g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc olabilir. Di\u011fer taraftan OECD&#8217;nin temmuzda yay\u0131nlanan Gen\u00e7 \u0130\u015fsizlik Raporu&#8217;nda da a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizli\u011findeki art\u0131\u015f da bu konuda belirleyici oluyor. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lerin i\u015f hayat\u0131na, gelece\u011fe bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00f6nemde \u0130K b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri her seviyeden kadro i\u00e7in &#8220;beyin avc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; yaparak yetenek bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131. Bu durum halihaz\u0131rda bir yerlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta ve i\u015f aramamakta olan insanlara f\u0131rsatlar yaratacak.
