Peki, \u00f6\u011frendiklerinizle olumlu geri bildirim vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken istedi\u011finiz sonucu alabiliyor musunuz? Cevab\u0131n\u0131z &#8220;Hay\u0131r&#8221; ise size yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak \u015fu 3 noktaya dikkat edin!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekip liderleri de\u011fi\u015fik kaynaklardan benzer \u015fekilde \u201ctakdir\u201cin ve olumlu geri bildirimin ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu duyuyorlar ve iyi niyetle bunu hayata ge\u00e7irmek istiyorlar, fakat \u00e7o\u011fu kez istenen sonuca var\u0131lam\u0131yor. Bunu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in asla samimiyetsiz olmay\u0131n!<\/p>\n<p>Olumlu \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemek gerekti\u011fi i\u00e7in s\u00f6yleme iste\u011finde oldu\u011funuzda bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan da fark edilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00fcreyi ayarlayamama (Net ve k\u0131sa olmak yerine uzatma ve etkinin azalmas\u0131)<\/li>\n<li>Niyet iyi olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen do\u011fru tonun ve kelimelerin bulunamay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve \u201cgarip\u201d bir durumun ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u00e7eriksiz olumlu geri bildirimler (Bug\u00fcn \u00e7ok iyi i\u015f \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131n!)<\/li>\n<li>Bir \u00f6rnekle desteklenmeyen bildirimler (Sen ekibin en iyisisin!)<\/li>\n<li>Olumsuz geri bildirimden \u00f6nce durumu yumu\u015fatmak i\u00e7in s\u00f6ylenen olumlu c\u00fcmleler (Yine samimi olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131mda bu sebepleri de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutarak her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kullanabilece\u011fi basit ve uygulanabilir 3 ad\u0131mla, olumlu geri bildirim s\u00fcreciyle ilgili \u00f6nerilerde bulunmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00d6zelli\u011fi belirtme<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130lk b\u00f6l\u00fcmde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sahip oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi belirtiyoruz. Burada \u00f6nemli olan ger\u00e7ekten bu olumlu \u00f6zelli\u011fin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanda oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemiz, inanmam\u0131z ve daha \u00f6nemlisi bunu bir \u00f6rnekle destekleyebilecek durumda olmam\u0131zd\u0131r. \u0130yi niyetli olsak bile bu tip durumlarda \u00f6rne\u011fi veremezsek \u201ci\u00e7eriksiz\u201d veya \u201csamimiyetsiz\u201d alg\u0131lanma ihtimalini de artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Burada s\u00f6ylenebilecek \u00f6rnek \u00f6zellikler \u201c\u00e7al\u0131\u015fkan, g\u00fcvenilir, detayc\u0131, tak\u0131m oyuncusu\u201d gibi \u00f6zellikler olabilir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00d6rnek verme<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sonraki ad\u0131mda olumlu olarak belirtti\u011fimiz \u00f6zelli\u011fi g\u00f6sterecek spesifik bir \u00f6rnek vermeliyiz. Bunun yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015ften olmas\u0131 iyi olur.
