Ho\u015f geldin kiti, ergonomik sandalye gibi benzeri uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da pandemi s\u00fcrecinden beri arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z nerede ise oraya ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pandemi s\u00fcreci \u0130K uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l \u015fekillendirdi? D\u00fcnyada 380.000 Teleperformance \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n 250 bini evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n %85\u2019i bu modelde i\u015flerine devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Pandemi ile birlikte t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda yetene\u011fin ve deneyimin uzaktan nas\u0131l verimli y\u00f6netilece\u011fine odaklan\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130K stratejimizi bu ger\u00e7ekten uzak tasarlamam\u0131z elbette m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi ve dijitalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde t\u00fcm uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ele al\u0131rken oda\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu oldu. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te dijital \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler, robotik s\u00fcre\u00e7 otomasyonu (RPA) ve \u00e7evik ekiplerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 konular\u0131 g\u00fcndemimizde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Teleperformance olarak evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 daha verimli hale getirmek i\u00e7in hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz Teleperformance Cloud Campus \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz, \u201cHer yerden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma\u201d devrimine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti. Etkin ve uzun vadeli bir evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc olarak tasarlanan ve hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hem i\u015fveren beklentilerini kar\u015f\u0131layan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz, her sekt\u00f6rde ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde kullan\u0131labiliyor. Cloud Campus ile e\u011fitim, ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim, ekip olu\u015fturma, m\u00fc\u015fterilerle etkile\u015fim, kalite kontrol\u00fc, sanal i\u015fe al\u0131m ve veri g\u00fcvenli\u011fi y\u00f6netimi gibi bir\u00e7ok s\u00fcreci bulut \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar geli\u015fmi\u015f ileti\u015fim \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde bir aradaym\u0131\u015f gibi etkile\u015fim kurabiliyor ve kendilerini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131ym\u0131\u015f gibi hissedebiliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 daha e\u011flenceli hale getiren oyunla\u015ft\u0131rma, sosyalle\u015fme ve e\u011fitim ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara tam bir &#8220;<strong>kamp\u00fcs hayat\u0131<\/strong>&#8221; sunuluyor.<\/p>\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00fcm \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizin detayl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 analizlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek haritalad\u0131k. Bu do\u011frultuda, onboarding\u2019i kapsayan t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizi analiz ettik ve 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda RPA uygulamalar\u0131 ile \u00e7ok daha verimli ve h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te en iyi onboarding deneyimini ya\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Dijitalle\u015fme sonras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen sekt\u00f6rlerde stratejik yakla\u015f\u0131m ile yat\u0131r\u0131m kararlar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 sa\u011flanabilecek.
