Teknolojilerimiz daha ak\u0131ll\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir d\u00fcnya yaratmak i\u00e7in u\u00e7aklardan binalara, fabrikalardan tedarik zincirlerine ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara kadar her \u015feyin daha ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. \u00d6zetle, hem T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de hem de d\u00fcnyada end\u00fcstrilerin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz pazar ko\u015fullar\u0131nda rekabet edebilmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan dijital teknolojiler ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada 100.000\u2019den fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z var ve genel merkezimiz ABD\u2019nin Charlotte \u015fehrinde bulunuyor. Honeywell T\u00fcrkiye ise 1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda kuruldu. Bu y\u0131l \u00fclkemizde 30. y\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kutlaman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130stanbul ofisimizin ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye, \u0130srail ve Orta Asya B\u00f6lgesinin y\u00f6netim merkezi konumunda oldu\u011funu da belirtmek isterim.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Firman\u0131zdaki \u0130K departman\u0131 hangi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 her zaman \u00f6n planda tutan \u015firketimiz, \u00f6nemli i\u015f kararlar\u0131n\u0131n verilmesinde \u0130K organizasyonunun da kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir rol almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. \u015eirket olarak; i\u015f kolunu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015fin gerekliliklerini bilen bir \u0130K ekibinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve mutlulu\u011funu sa\u011flayarak ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilece\u011fini savunuyoruz. Bu nedenle ekibimiz ve i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 fonksiyonlar\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor. \u0130K politikam\u0131zla ilgili temel stratejimiz do\u011frultusunda \u00f6ncelik verdi\u011fimiz konular ise <strong>yetenek y\u00f6netimi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitlilik, yetenek avc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve performans y\u00f6netimi<\/strong> diyebiliriz. Bu fonksiyonlar\u0131n hepsinin bir yap-bozun par\u00e7alar\u0131 gibi oldu\u011funun ve herhangi birinin eksik olmas\u0131 durumunda hedefledi\u011fimiz ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n fark\u0131nday\u0131z. Bununla beraber, \u0130K ve Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131zla yap\u0131lan \u201clunch&amp;learn\u201d seanslar\u0131 ve \u201chappy hour\u201d gibi etkinliklerle hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kayna\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor hem de ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kutluyoruz. Bir araya geldi\u011fimiz b\u00f6yle zamanlarda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zorluklar\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelme hikayelerimizi birbirimizle payla\u015fma f\u0131rsat\u0131 yakal\u0131yoruz. Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde Honeywell\u2019in global \u00f6nlemlerine paralel olarak \u00fclkemizdeki geli\u015fmeleri de yak\u0131ndan takip ettik. \u201cIncident Managemt Team\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz bir ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6nelik sa\u011fl\u0131k e\u011fitimlerinden pozitif vakalar\u0131n takibine ve raporlanmas\u0131na, filyasyon ve a\u015f\u0131lama takibinden seyahat izinlerine kadar t\u00fcm s\u00fcreci \u00e7ok boyutlu olarak y\u00f6netti ve halen de g\u00f6revine devam ediyor.
