Sistem hakk\u0131nda bilgi vermek gerekir ise; Performans Y\u00f6netim Sistemimiz, \u201c<strong>Hedeflerin ve Yetkinliklerin De\u011ferlendirilmesi<\/strong>\u201d olmak \u00fczere iki alt s\u00fcre\u00e7ten olu\u015fuyor ve bir y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemlerle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Performans de\u011ferlendirme sistemimizdeki yetkinliklerin de\u011ferlendirilmesi, ki\u015finin yetkinlikleri ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve kendisinden beklenen <strong>yetkinlik<\/strong>ler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve geli\u015fmeye a\u00e7\u0131k y\u00f6nlerinin belirlenmesini, i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na katk\u0131 seviyesinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenmesini i\u00e7eriyor. Hedeflerin de\u011ferlendirilmesi k\u0131sm\u0131nda, \u015firketin <strong>i\u015f hedefleri<\/strong> y\u00f6netim kademelerine indirgeniyor ve buradan \u015felale usul\u00fc olarak t\u00fcm organizasyona da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131yla belirleniyor. B\u00f6ylece y\u00f6netimler aras\u0131nda y\u00f6n birli\u011fi olu\u015fur ve hedeflerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi yoluyla \u015firket hedeflerine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r. Hedef De\u011ferlendirme a\u015famas\u0131, hedeflerin ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finin belirlenmesini ve de\u011ferlendirilmesini i\u00e7eriyor. Hedeflerin de\u011ferlendirilmesinde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n, <strong>bireysel hedefler<\/strong>ini \u00f6nceden saptanan oranda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi bekleniyor. Bir de\u011ferlendirme merkezi uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda ilk kademe<a title=\"Y\u00f6netici \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/ortaDuzeyyonetici-is-ilanlari-o99\" target=\"_blank\"> y\u00f6netici<\/a>lerimiz de\u011ferlendirme merkezi uygulamalar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131ld\u0131lar. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 planlar\u0131m\u0131zda da di\u011fer <strong>uzman<\/strong> ve <a title=\"Sat\u0131\u015f \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/satis-is-ilanlari-a36\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>sat\u0131\u015f<\/strong><\/a> fonksiyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011ferlendirme merkezi uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z devam edecek. Bize \u00f6zel haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f ara\u00e7lar, vakalar ve role play\u2019ler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bir uygulama. Objektif veriler elde etmek, ki\u015finin potansiyelini ortaya koymak ve performansla birle\u015ftirerek, organizasyondaki yerini analiz etti\u011fimiz ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lere dahil etti\u011fimiz bir sonucu var. Organizasyondaki kritik pozisyonlar\u0131 belirleyerek, kendi i\u00e7imizden bir <strong>yedekleme plan\u0131<\/strong> yap\u0131yoruz.
