Emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplamaya dair merak edilenlere bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda yer verdik!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emekli olduktan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/is-ilanlari\/emekli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emekli i\u015f ilanlar\u0131<\/a><\/strong> sayfas\u0131n\u0131 inceleyerek yeni i\u015f f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken, emekli olmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler de emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama y\u00f6ntemini etkileyen kriterleri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Detayl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalara ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce hemen s\u00f6yleyelim; \u00f6nemli kriterlerden ilki \u00f6denen prim miktar\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ki\u015filerin \u00f6denen pirim miktar\u0131na g\u00f6re <strong>emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama<\/strong> y\u00f6ntemi de de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/p>\n<p>Emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplarken sigortal\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresi, ya\u015f, prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6nemli kriterlerdendir. Hangi d\u00f6nemde sigortal\u0131 olundu\u011fu emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 etkiler. T\u00fcm ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flayan ki\u015filer \u015fartlara g\u00f6re emekli olmaya hak kazan\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde sigortal\u0131l\u0131k konusunda 3 farkl\u0131 sigorta sistemi i\u015fler ve bu sigorta sistemi kapsam\u0131nda yer alan sigorta kollar\u0131 4A, 4B, 4C sigorta kollar\u0131d\u0131r. SGK&#8217;n\u0131n b\u00fcnyesinde bulunan bu sigorta kollar\u0131na g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 \u015fartlarda emeklilik hesaplamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r SGK i\u015fveren sisteminde emeklilik hesaplama robotu ile emekli olundu\u011funda ne kadar maa\u015f al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 kolayl\u0131kla hesaplanabilir. SGK kurumunun sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bu sisteme girildi\u011finde T.C kimlik numaras\u0131, baba ad\u0131, do\u011fum tarihi, SGK sicil numaras\u0131 yazd\u0131ktan sonra sistem otomatik olarak ne zaman emekli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ve emekli oldu\u011funuzda ne kadar maa\u015f alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ekrana yans\u0131t\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 sorgulama<\/strong> i\u00e7in SGK ve E-devlet sitelerinden faydalan\u0131l\u0131r. E-devlet platformunda da emekli maa\u015f hesaplamas\u0131 yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sigortal\u0131 olarak sigorta kollar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filer kanunda belirtilen y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri yerine getirdiklerinde emekli olmaya hak kazan\u0131rlar. SGK&#8217;dan veya Ba\u011f-Kur&#8217;dan emekli olacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplamas\u0131 i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 kriterler bulunur. Emekli maa\u015flar\u0131 hesaplamas\u0131 y\u0131llara, prim \u00f6demelerine ve sand\u0131klara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir. &#8216;Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Reformu&#8217; ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemeler emeklilik hesaplar\u0131n\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Pek \u00e7ok ki\u015fi ne zaman ve hangi ko\u015fullarda emekli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hesaplamakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekmekte ve emekli maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131 merak etmektedir. SGK&#8217;dan emekli olabilmek i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 tarihe g\u00f6re emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131 aranmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle <strong>emeklilik i\u00e7in prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> hesaplanmas\u0131nda sigortal\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarih ve kanun de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sigortal\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresi \u00f6nemlidir.\u00a0 Yaln\u0131zca emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131 nedeniyle de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda emekli maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanma \u015feklindeki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler nedeniyle de birka\u00e7 farkl\u0131 hesap d\u00f6nemi vard\u0131r. <strong>Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama form\u00fcl\u00fc,<\/strong> y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama maa\u015f\u0131n &#8220;ayl\u0131k ba\u011flanma oran\u0131&#8221; ile \u00e7arp\u0131l\u0131p sonucun SGK&#8217;ya prim olarak \u00f6denen y\u0131l say\u0131s\u0131na b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesiyle ayl\u0131k emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama sonucunu verir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli maa\u015f\u0131 ne kadar?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakan\u0131 Vedat I\u015f\u0131khan, taban maa\u015f d\u00fczenlemesi i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulundu. Buna g\u00f6re; en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli maa\u015f\u0131 6 ayl\u0131k enflasyon oran\u0131 kadar;\u00a0 %15,75 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak 12 bin 500 TL&#8217;den 14 bin 469 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltildi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Emekli olmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filer emekli olduklar\u0131nda ne kadar maa\u015f alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek isterler. <strong>Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 ne kadar<\/strong> sorusunu cevaplamak i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle ki\u015filerin emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok merak etti\u011fi konulardan birisi emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131, <strong>emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131<\/strong> ve emeklilik prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Herkes emekli olma hayali ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve emekli olduklar\u0131nda da ne kadar maa\u015f alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 ve ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmek isterler. Kimlerin hangi stat\u00fcde, hangi \u015fartlarda emekli olaca\u011f\u0131, emekli maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi konular \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00f6nemlerde \u00e7\u0131kan kanunlarla d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir ve halen d\u00fczenlenmeye devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Emekli olmak i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle 3 \u015fart gereklidir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i, memur t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve kendi mesle\u011fini yapan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin emekli olabilmesi i\u00e7in 3 \u015fart\u0131n yerine getirilmesi gerekir. Bu \u015fartlardan birisi belirli bir s\u00fcre sigortal\u0131 olma \u015fart\u0131d\u0131r. Sigortal\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresi ile birlikte belirli bir ya\u015f\u0131n da tamamlanmas\u0131 gerekir. Emekli olmak i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fart ise prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Bu 3 \u015fart bir araya geldi\u011fi zaman ki\u015filer emekli olmaya hak kazan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015filerin ne zaman emekli olunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilinmesi i\u00e7in 2 tarih olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Ki\u015filerin do\u011fum tarihi ve ilk kez sigortal\u0131 olduklar\u0131 tarih hesaplamaya dahil edilir. Ayr\u0131ca ne zaman emekli olunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden birisi de \u00f6denen prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Emeklilik d\u00f6neminde belirli bir ya\u015f\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 ile birlikte do\u011fum tarihi \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcn ay ve y\u0131l olarak emeklilik hesab\u0131nda dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk kez sigortal\u0131 olduklar\u0131 tarih sigortac\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresini ve hangi \u015fartlara hangi kanuna tabi oldu\u011funun belirlenmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Ki\u015filerin emeklilik i\u00e7in prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131 ise emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen en \u00f6nemli unsurdur. 3 tarih emeklilikteki ya\u015f\u0131, maa\u015f\u0131 ve prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 etkiler. Emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 4a sigortal\u0131l\u0131k kapsam\u0131na tabi olanlar yani SGK&#8217;ya tabi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in 2 tarih \u00f6nemlidir. Bu tarihler 8 eyl\u00fcl 1999 ve 30 nisan 2008 tarihidir. Bu tarihten \u00f6nce veya daha sonra sigortal\u0131l\u0131k giri\u015f tarihlerine g\u00f6re emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli farkl\u0131l\u0131klar bulunur. 8 eyl\u00fcl 1999 y\u0131l\u0131ndan \u00f6nce ilk kez sigortal\u0131 olan bir ki\u015finin emekli olabilmesi i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlarda 58 erkeklerde 60 ya\u015f\u0131nda doldurmak ve 7.000 g\u00fcn prim \u00f6demek \u015fart\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bununla birlikte 7 eyl\u00fcl 1999&#8217;da ilk kez sigortas\u0131 ba\u015flayan bir ki\u015finin bu ki\u015fi kad\u0131n ise 56 erkek ise 58 ya\u015f\u0131nda doldurdu\u011fu zaman ve 5.975 prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman emekli olmaya hak kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama<\/strong> ve emekli olma kriterlerindeki en \u00f6nemli \u015fart ilk kez sigortal\u0131 olunan tarihtir.\u00a0 Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r de\u011ferlendirilir. Her sigorta koluna g\u00f6re <strong>emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 ve ikramiye hesaplama<\/strong> y\u00f6nteminde farkl\u0131 kriterler bulunur. <strong>Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 zam<\/strong> ve oranlar hesaplan\u0131rken de dikkate al\u0131nacak olan fakt\u00f6rler \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131<\/li>\n<li>Emekli olunan y\u0131l<\/li>\n<li>\u0130lk sigortaya ba\u015flama tarihi<\/li>\n<li>SGK&#8217;ya \u00f6denen primin toplam tutar\u0131<\/li>\n<li>Emekli olunan y\u0131l<\/li>\n<li>Ya\u015f<\/li>\n<li>Sigortal\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresi<\/li>\n<li>Ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kurumu<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fkolu ( 4A, 4B, 4C)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Emekli maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131nda i\u015f koluna g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 kriterler baz al\u0131n\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin 4\/c sigortaya tabi olan memurlar\u0131n emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplama y\u00f6ntemi di\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re daha kolayd\u0131r. <strong>Memur emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama<\/strong> i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan form\u00fcl:<\/p>\n<p>Ortalama ayl\u0131k kazan\u00e7 x Ayl\u0131k ba\u011flanma oran\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rnek verecek olursak; 25 y\u0131l memur olarak 2000 TL br\u00fct \u00fccretle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan birinin emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 1000 TL olarak hesaplan\u0131r. E\u011fer 30 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ysa o zaman emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 1200 TL olur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Memur emekli \u015fartlar\u0131 neler?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun&#8217;a tabi kad\u0131n ve erkek memurlar, 25 y\u0131l hizmetlerinin olmas\u0131 ve gerekli ya\u015f \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamalar\u0131 durumunda emekli maa\u015f\u0131 almaya hak kazanabiliyor; ancak 15 y\u0131l hizmetleri olanlar da belirli ya\u015f \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamalar\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131na hak kazanabiliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4A Emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>SGK emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama<\/strong> i\u00e7in gerekli olan 2008&#8217;den \u00f6nce, prim hesaplamas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ilk sigortal\u0131l\u0131k ya\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. O y\u0131ldan itibaren ka\u00e7 g\u00fcn prim \u00f6dedikleri \u00fczerinden hesaplama yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Bu durum, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sigortal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na 2008 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra ba\u015flamas\u0131 durumunda da ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durumda 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda i\u015fe ba\u015flayan erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n (4A), 60 ya\u015f\u0131nda emekli olmadan \u00f6nce 7200 prim g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlayabilece\u011fi hesaplanabilir. 2009&#8217;dan sonra prim \u00f6demeye ba\u015flarsa, 2044 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekli olana kadar emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131 her 2 y\u0131lda bir 1 y\u0131l artar.\u00a0 2000 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6ncesi 4A SGK sigorta giri\u015fleri emeklilik hesaplama verilerini vermektedir. Bu bilgiler, benzersiz bir emeklilik hesaplamas\u0131 olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir form\u00fclle birle\u015ftirilir. Elde edilen emeklilik oran\u0131 ve katsay\u0131s\u0131 hesaplamada kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntem a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6rnekte g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. 2019 emeklilik y\u0131l\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken i\u00e7inde bulunulan y\u0131la ait de\u011ferler referans olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin; 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekli olmay\u0131 planlayan bir ki\u015fi ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 olarak 2018 de\u011ferlerini kullan\u0131r. Bu, o y\u0131ldan \u00f6nceki bir y\u0131ldaki de\u011ferlerinin referans olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4A emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131 hesaplama<\/strong> i\u00e7in ki\u015finin ortalama y\u0131ll\u0131k geliri hesaplan\u0131r. Bu hesaplama yap\u0131l\u0131rken son 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k kazan\u00e7lar de\u011ferlendirilir. Ard\u0131ndan, ortalama y\u0131ll\u0131k geliri bulmak i\u00e7in ki\u015finin son 10 y\u0131ldaki geliri 10&#8217;a b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcr. Bu hesaplamadan sonra bulunan de\u011feri g\u00f6sterge tablosu ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve en yak\u0131n de\u011feri metrik numaras\u0131 olarak kabul edilir. SGK (\u015fimdiki ad\u0131yla 4A ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131) hesaplamas\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu&#8217;na ait bir adresten sorgulama yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131 hesaplama\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131 belirlenirken \u015fartlar her \u00fclkeye g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede genel olarak erkeklere g\u00f6re kad\u0131nlar daha erken ya\u015fta emekli olmay\u0131 hak ederler. \u00dclkemizde kanunla devlet taraf\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re ya\u015f belirlenir. Ki\u015filerin ne zaman emekli olacaklar\u0131 belirlenirken ka\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131nda sigortaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 ve sigortal\u0131 olduklar\u0131 y\u0131l olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken ki\u015finin \u00f6denen SGK prim tutar\u0131 da dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde ya\u015f\u0131 belirleyen en \u00f6nemli kriterlerde belirli d\u00f6nemler bulunur. 1990 \u00f6ncesi ve 2008 \u00f6ncesi gibi d\u00f6nemlerde hesaplamalar farkl\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Kanundaki sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fe ba\u015flama tarihinde belirtilen kriterlere g\u00f6re t\u00fcm \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan ki\u015filer emekli olmaya hak kazanabilirler ve primlerini tam olarak \u00f6demeleri gerekir. Hesaplamalardan referans al\u0131nan en \u00f6nemli kaynak, \u00f6denen primlerdir. Ki\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ilk tarih ve ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu sigorta kolu emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n hesaplamas\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle cinsiyet dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r. Kad\u0131n ve erkekler farkl\u0131 zamanlara g\u00f6re emeklili\u011fi hak eder.<\/p>\n<p>Cinsiyetin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sigorta ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n hangi tarihte yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hangi se\u00e7enek kapsam\u0131nda prim \u00f6dedikleri \u015fart\u0131 hesaplamaya dahil edilir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar emeklilik hesaplamas\u0131nda kanunen bir\u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve hala yap\u0131lmaya devam etmektedir. Bu y\u00fczden kanunlar\u0131n y\u0131l\u0131na da dikkat etmek gerekir. Prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ve prim \u00f6deme miktar\u0131, maa\u015f\u0131n belirlenmesinde dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Esas ayl\u0131k ve ek \u00f6demeler:<\/strong> Malulen emekli maa\u015f\u0131, ki\u015finin hizmet s\u00fcresi ve primlerine dayal\u0131 olarak belirlenen esas ayl\u0131k maa\u015f\u0131na ek olarak, baz\u0131 durumlarda ek \u00f6demeler de i\u00e7erebilir.
