Kariyer.net olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na i\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fc sa\u011flayacak veriler ortaya koymay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve 589 \u015firket y\u00f6neticisinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Aral\u0131k 2022 &#8211; Ocak 2023 tarihlerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rma, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/ik-blog\/eytde-son-durum-kidem-tazminatiyla-ilgili-detaylar-netlesti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EYT<\/a><\/strong> yasas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan emeklili\u011fe hak kazanacak olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve i\u015fverenlerin \u00e7o\u011funlukla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam etmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>EYT\u2019lileri istihdam etme konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ve pozisyonun nitelikleri \u00f6n planda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00dcretim, Otomotiv, Tekstil, Maden-Metal Sanayi, Sa\u011fl\u0131k, Hizmet gibi farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerden 589 i\u015fe al\u0131m y\u00f6neticisinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re i\u015fletmelerin yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u015firket b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6steriyor. \u00c7o\u011funlukla 10-50 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan olu\u015fan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck i\u015fletmelerin y\u00fczde 64\u2019\u00fc; EYT yasas\u0131 ile \u00a0emeklili\u011fe hak kazanacak olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ile yeni bir i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yaparak yeniden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Bu oran 51-500 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana sahip orta ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u015firketlerde y\u00fczde 54 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u015firketlerin ise y\u00fczde 58\u2019i EYT ile emeklili\u011fe hak kazanacak olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden istihdam etme konusunda; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n niteliklerine ve konumuna g\u00f6re karar verece\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketlerin %47\u2019si, EYT&#8217;den faydalanarak emekli olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131k kalan pozisyonlar\u0131 dolduracaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtirken, %36\u2019s\u0131 ise a\u00e7\u0131k kalan pozisyon \u00f6zelindeki ihtiyaca g\u00f6re karar verilece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketlere, EYT ile emekli olmu\u015f bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 istihdam etme konusundaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri soruldu\u011funda; bu durumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ve pozisyonun niteliklerine g\u00f6re karar verilece\u011fi ifade ediliyor.\u00a0 Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fletmelerde y\u00fczde 84 oran\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7o\u011funluk EYT sonras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam edece\u011fini belirtiyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma EYT yasas\u0131ndan sonra emeklili\u011fe hak kazanacak olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam etmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steriyor. 42-65 ya\u015f aras\u0131nda, 1999 \u00f6ncesi i\u015fe giren yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 bin ki\u015finin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 76\u2019s\u0131 EYT\u2019den faydalanacak. Bu grup aras\u0131nda y\u00fczde 46 ile 45-50 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yo\u011funluk g\u00f6zleniyor.
