Hatta baz\u0131 durumlarda birbirine \u201ckar\u015f\u0131t\u201d olarak alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bile iddia edebilirim. Fakat biliyoruz ki yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ba\u011fl\u0131 olmayan e\u015fitlerine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha iyi performans g\u00f6steriyorlar, \u00e7ok daha verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar, m\u00fc\u015fterilere daha iyi hizmet veriyorlar ve finansal sonu\u00e7lara daha olumlu etki ediyorlar. Bu da asl\u0131nda bu iki kavram aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiye biraz daha derinlemesine bakmam\u0131z i\u00e7in bize fikir veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu iki kavram aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde, performans y\u00f6netimine ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne almam\u0131z gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve performans y\u00f6netimi neden farkl\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131n\u0131yor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu iki kavram\u0131n birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz, fakat tan\u0131mlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda k\u00f6k kavramlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 olabilece\u011fini de g\u00f6rebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performans y\u00f6netimi:<\/strong> Amac\u0131 bireysel performans\u0131 ve verimlili\u011fi artt\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bu do\u011fal olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n geli\u015febilece\u011fi alanlar\u0131 belirleyen bir de\u011ferlendirme ile yola \u00e7\u0131kar ve ideal durumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131n\u0131 da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong> Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u015firketine, i\u015fine, y\u00f6neticisine duygusal yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor. Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k sadece i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na bakmak yerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alan ve s\u00fcrekli iki tarafl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir geri besleme s\u00fcrecini kullan\u0131r. Performans y\u00f6netimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n verimlili\u011fi \u00fczerine odaklanm\u0131\u015fken, ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir di\u011fer kazan\u0131m\u0131 da daha iyi performans g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in enerjisi artm\u0131\u015f ve motive olmu\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnen tan\u0131mlara ra\u011fmen asl\u0131nda bu iki kavram bir madalyonun iki y\u00fcz\u00fc gibidir. Harward Business Review\u2019\u0131n bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda liderlerin %90\u2019\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n daha iyi performans g\u00f6sterdiklerini ve %75\u2019i ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6nemde oldu\u011funu ifade etmi\u015fler. Liderlerin %69\u2019u da ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeden performans\u0131 geli\u015ftirmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda anla\u015fm\u0131\u015flar.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Performans y\u00f6netimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan geli\u015fimini nas\u0131l destekler?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %80\u2019i ile y\u00f6neticilerin %68\u2019i y\u0131ll\u0131k performans y\u00f6netimi s\u00fcrecinin etkinli\u011fine inanmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015fler. Fakat do\u011fru yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda performans y\u00f6netimi asl\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u00fcrecidir ve e\u011fer \u201ctek defada yap\u0131lan y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011ferlendirme\u201d yerine \u201cs\u00fcrekli geri besleme\u201d tabanl\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015fa ge\u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131labilirse \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Officevibe\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re 157 \u00fclkede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %83\u2019\u00fc, olumlu veya olumsuz geri besleme almak istediklerini ve bunu takdir ettiklerini ifade etmi\u015fler. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n %96\u2019s\u0131 d\u00fczenli geri beslemenin iyi bir \u015fey oldu\u011funu ifade etmi\u015fler. Yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te biri ise y\u00f6neticilerinden geri besleme almak i\u00e7in 3 ay beklediklerini de eklemi\u015fler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sevmedi\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7 asl\u0131nda performans y\u00f6netimi de\u011fil, fakat kendilerince hak etmedikleri bir bi\u00e7imde ele\u015ftirilmek diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Y\u0131ll\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz yayg\u0131n problem daha \u00e7ok \u201cgeli\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n\u201d \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 ve olumlu performans\u0131n \u201cunutulmas\u0131\u201d oluyor. Officevibe\u2019\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %63\u2019\u00fc m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerinden yeteri kadar geri besleme alamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015fler. %70\u2019den fazlas\u0131 haftada birden daha az takdir edildiklerini de eklemi\u015fler.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k ve performans y\u00f6netimini nas\u0131l birle\u015ftirebilirsiniz?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde dokunun<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda burada gizli ve \u00f6nemli s\u00f6zc\u00fck \u201cd\u00fczenli\u201d\u2026 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za d\u00fczenli \u015fekilde dokunup onlara \u201cnas\u0131l gidiyor\u201d demeniz ve dinlemeniz \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck fark yarat\u0131yor. Bu da ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131kta \u00e7ok \u00f6nem verdi\u011fimiz \u201cinsani ba\u011f\u0131\u201d artt\u0131rmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanla ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim ve kariyer geli\u015fimini konu\u015fun<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015furken bunu \u201cd\u00fczeltilmesi gereken yanl\u0131\u015flar\u201ddan ziyade \u201cgeli\u015fim i\u00e7in f\u0131rsat\u201d olarak konumlarsan\u0131z daha iyi sonu\u00e7 alabilirsiniz. Sadece \u201ceksik\u201d yanlardan s\u00f6z eden bir m\u00fcd\u00fcrle konu\u015ftuktan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fecek, kendilerini korumak i\u00e7in geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 yok sayma yoluna bile gidebileceklerdir.
