Bu tan\u0131ma g\u00f6re \u00f6rne\u011fin; 50 ki\u015filik bir \u015firkette 5 ki\u015fi \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netici ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 ki\u015finin de orta kademede oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebiliriz. \u00d6zellikle \u00fcretim, kodlama, yarat\u0131c\u0131 i\u015fler, proje y\u00f6netimi gibi i\u015flerde ekip liderlerinin performanslar\u0131 toplam performans\u0131 yo\u011fun olarak etkilemekte. Ekip lideri olarak atanan ki\u015filerin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun liderlik e\u011fitimi almad\u0131klar\u0131 ve &#8220;ya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011frenme&#8221; umudunda oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde konunun \u00f6nemi daha da ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu yaz\u0131mda orta kademe y\u00f6neticilerinin bir organizasyon i\u00e7in \u00f6nemini 12 maddede \u00f6zetlemek istiyorum.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00dcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticiler ile saha ekipleri aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcrler<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ekip liderleri \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticiler ile saha aras\u0131nda zor bir g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlenmi\u015flerdir. Hem sahay\u0131 takip etmek hem \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netimin vizyonunu anlamak ve hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini sa\u011flamak hem de sahada olup biteni yukar\u0131 iletmek zor bir g\u00f6rev ve konumdur. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00f6zellikle yukar\u0131y\u0131 y\u00f6netme ve ayn\u0131 zamanda vizyon ileti\u015fimi ve ekibine &#8220;b\u00fcy\u00fck resmi g\u00f6stermek&#8221; kritik \u00f6nemdedir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u015eirketin vizyon ve hedeflerini yap\u0131lacaklar listesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcp takibini yaparlar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u015eirketin verdi\u011fi vizyonu\/ileti\u015fimi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ve haftal\u0131k yap\u0131lacaklar listesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek, bu i\u015fleri ekip i\u00e7inde da\u011f\u0131tmak ve bu i\u015flerin takibini yapmak orta kademe y\u00f6neticinin g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015flerini ifade ediyor. \u00d6zellikle &#8220;i\u015fi&#8221; delege etmek yerine &#8220;sonucu&#8221; delege etmeyi \u00f6\u011frendiyse, bu operasyonlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck fayda sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Yine bu hedefleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in &#8220;neler&#8221; yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusunda ekibini dinlemesi de ekip lideri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir beceridir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na %70\u2019e kadar etki ederler<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, ekip liderleri \u00fczerinden deneyimliyorlar. Takdir, hedef takibi, geri besleme, anlam bulma, tak\u0131m duygusu, de\u011fer verilme, geli\u015fim&#8230; Bu konular\u0131n hemen hepsi ekip liderinin davran\u0131\u015f portf\u00f6y\u00fc i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na do\u011frudan etki ediyor. Bu konudaki becerileri artt\u0131k\u00e7a verimlili\u011fin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz, ekip liderinin de terfi imkanlar\u0131 art\u0131yor ayn\u0131 zamanda.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netimin veremeyece\u011fi destek ve dokunu\u015fu sa\u011flayabilirler<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ekip liderleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana her g\u00fcn dokunurlar, onlarla sohbet ederler, sahay\u0131 dinlerler, sorunlar\u0131 duyarlar&#8230; Bu derinlik \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticilerin ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n zor oldu\u011fu bir detaydad\u0131r. Ekip liderleri bu dinlediklerini \u00f6nem ve \u00f6ncelik s\u0131ras\u0131na alarak de\u011ferlendirirler ve \u00fcst d\u00fczeye sunarlar.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara daha ki\u015fisel bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6nlendirme ve ko\u00e7luk sa\u011flayabilirler<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Benzer \u015fekilde, ekip liderleri ekiplerine y\u00f6nlendirme verebilirler, s\u00fcrekli ve davran\u0131\u015f bazl\u0131 geri besleme verebilirler ve ko\u00e7luk yapabilirler. Bu i\u015flev hem istenen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131nda, hem ekibin geli\u015fiminde hem de hatalar\u0131n en aza indirgenmesinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sahada neler oldu\u011funu daha i\u00e7ten bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fle takip edebilirler<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Orta kademe y\u00f6neticiler sahaya daha yak\u0131nd\u0131rlar.
