T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck ve orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli firmalardan 825 ki\u015finin ile 34 \u015firketin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 yetenekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bulmak, onlar\u0131n verimli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve yetenekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 kaybetmemek isteyen i\u015fverenler i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her ya\u015f grubundan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 cezbeden ilk etken <strong>i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi<\/strong> iken, d\u00fcnyada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar en \u00e7ok baz maa\u015flar\u0131 dikkate ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ilgisini \u00e7eken di\u011fer etkenler s\u0131ras\u0131yla <strong>kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131<\/strong>, <strong>emeklilik haklar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>baz maa\u015f<\/strong> oluyor.\u00a0Ayn\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n 2012 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, 6. s\u0131rada olan emeklilik haklar\u0131n\u0131n 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda 3. s\u0131raya y\u00fckselmesi \u00a0ise dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n gelecekleri ile ilgili kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte kendilerini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almak istemeleri emeklilik haklar\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi konular\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n beklentilerinin bu y\u00f6nde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, i\u015fverenler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bulmak i\u00e7in kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 ve kurumun sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n planda tutuyor. Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bir kurumda arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zellikler ile i\u015fverenlerin vaatleri birbiriyle \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fm\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de iki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan yaln\u0131zca biri \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kuruma ba\u011fl\u0131<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, bir di\u011fer \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi daha ortaya koyuyor ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her iki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan yaln\u0131zca birinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kuruma ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kuruma ba\u011fl\u0131 hissetmelerini sa\u011flayan birincil etken, kurumun sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 iken, bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn de <a title=\"Y\u00f6netici \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/ortaDuzeyyonetici-is-ilanlari-o99\" target=\"_blank\">y\u00f6netici<\/a> etkinli\u011fi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlenmektedir. Bunu sa\u011flayamayan y\u00f6neticilerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin kuruma ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ve motivasyonlar\u0131 azal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma&#8217;da \u00a02012\u2019den 2014\u2019e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinde olu\u015fan de\u011fi\u015fimler \u015fu \u015fekilde belirlendi:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Bireysel emeklilik<\/strong> 2012\u2019de 6. s\u0131radan 2014\u2019te 3. s\u0131raya ilerlemi\u015f bulunuyor. 2013 verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u015firketlerin y\u00fczde 39\u2019u \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na BES sunuyor ve bu oran h\u0131zla y\u00fckseliyor<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kariyer geli\u015fim olanaklar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 \u00e7ekmede 2012\u2019den bu yana ilk 3\u2019te yer al\u0131yor. \u00dclkemizde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sadece yar\u0131s\u0131 (y\u00fczde 52) \u015firketlerinde kendi kariyerlerini nas\u0131l \u015fekillendirebileceklerini biliyor, yar\u0131s\u0131ndan az\u0131 ise y\u00f6neticilerinin kendilerine destek olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 elde tutmada zorlay\u0131c\u0131 \/ de\u011fi\u015fken i\u015f i\u00e7eri\u011fi 2012\u2019de 6. s\u0131radan 2014\u2019te 1. s\u0131raya ilerlemi\u015f, baz maa\u015f\u0131 daha gerilere itiyor. \u0130lk defa <strong>i\u015f stresi<\/strong> konusu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ayr\u0131lma sebepleri aras\u0131nda ilk 5 etmen aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. \u00a0(4. s\u0131rada).<\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;\">Etkili liderlere ve y\u00f6neticilere sahip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arzusu ve \u015firketlerine ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha fazla:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Etkili liderlik T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 etkileyen en \u00f6nemli gizli fakt\u00f6r olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc etkili liderler ve y\u00f6neticiler, <strong>\u015firketin imaj\u0131<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>, \u015firket ama\u00e7 ve hedeflerinin netle\u015ftirilmesi ve y\u00f6netilebilir i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc gibi \u015firket i\u00e7in \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan fakt\u00f6rleri de do\u011frudan etkiliyor.<br \/>\n&#8211; Y\u00f6netici ve liderlerin etkin oldu\u011fu durumlarda, y\u00fcksek seviyede \u015firketlerine ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6steren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 72\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131karken, hem do\u011frudan y\u00f6neticisi hem de liderleri etkin olmayan \u015firketlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 8\u2019e iniyor.
