Elbette bu oranlar bug\u00fcnden bak\u0131l\u0131nca g\u00f6r\u00fclen de\u011ferler.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u2018\u015eirketlerin %79\u2019u ocakta zam planl\u0131yor, %32\u2019si ikinci veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc zam i\u00e7in temmuz ay\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriyor\u2019 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u201c\u015eirketlerin %79\u2019u 2024\u2019\u00fcn ocak ay\u0131nda zam yapmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Bu, 2023 ile ayn\u0131 oranda. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00e7\u0131kan de\u011fi\u015fik bir veri, 2023\u2019te ikinci veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc zam i\u00e7in %78 oran\u0131nda \u015firket temmuz ay\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken, bu oran 2024\u2019te %32\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u2018Yeni mezun ile genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr maa\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki makas 13 kata d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cGenel olarak Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde \u00fcniversiteden yeni mezunlar ile genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr \u00fccretleri aras\u0131ndaki fark daha azken, Orta Do\u011fu \u00fclkelerinde bu fark\u0131n daha fazla oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu makas kapanmaya devam ediyor. 2021\u2019de bu fark 17 kat seviyesindeyken, 2023\u2019te 13 kata kadar d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u2018Yetenek ve beceri bazl\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme sistemleri \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6d\u00fcllendirme enflasyonist bir ortamda her zamankinden daha da kritik bir \u015fekilde odak noktas\u0131nda. Geleneksel \u00fccret yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirmeler ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lam\u0131yor.
