En az\u0131ndan bu yaz\u0131da ben &#8220;merkez&#8221; y\u00f6netici demek istiyorum; zira bu y\u00f6neticiler \u015firketin t\u00fcm operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ortas\u0131nda, merkezinde kilit \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan liderler&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bir s\u00fcredir y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte olan politikalar onlar\u0131n b\u00fcrokratla\u015fmas\u0131na, yava\u015flamalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olsa da asl\u0131nda &#8220;merkez&#8221;den bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara ko\u00e7luk verebilecek, onlarla \u00fcst y\u00f6netimin ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilecek, ger\u00e7ek de\u011fi\u015fim ve eylemi yaratabilecek liderler bu liderler&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131da merkez y\u00f6neticiler ile ilgili baz\u0131 yayg\u0131n uygulamalar ve do\u011fru bilinen yanl\u0131\u015flar \u00fczerine tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>&#8220;\u015eirketlerde y\u00fckselmenin tek yolu farkl\u0131 bir role terfi etmektir&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f de\u011fil mi? Yetenek y\u00f6netimi bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f \u00fczerine in\u015fa ediliyor \u00e7o\u011fu kez&#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/kariyer-rehberi\/terfi-istemenin-6-onemli-adimi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Terfi etmek<\/strong><\/a> &#8220;y\u00fckselmek&#8221; anlam\u0131na geliyor ve y\u00fckselmek de ekip lideri olmak, direkt\u00f6r olmak, genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olmak olarak anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Yani rol\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn tam &#8220;\u00fczerinde&#8221; ne varsa, kim varsa oraya do\u011fru terfi almak y\u00fckselmenin tek yolu olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bireysel kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 iken \u00e7ok iyi performans g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimizde &#8220;\u00f6d\u00fcl&#8221; olarak ekip liderli\u011fi unvan\u0131 sunulur, bir maa\u015f art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile &#8220;y\u00fckseldi\u011fimiz&#8221; bellidir.<\/p>\n<p>Merkez y\u00f6neticiler i\u00e7in tek terfi &#8220;yukar\u0131&#8221; do\u011fru olmayabilir. Bu yukar\u0131 terfilerin belli oranda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011funu da biliyoruz. Yani becerisine ve tutkusuna \u00e7ok da uymayan \u00fcst d\u00fczey g\u00f6revlerde ac\u0131 \u00e7eken insanlar var. O zaman belki merkez y\u00f6neticilere daha farkl\u0131 &#8220;y\u00fckselme&#8221; olanaklar\u0131 sunman\u0131n vakti geliyor olabilir&#8230; \u00d6rne\u011fin; yatay geni\u015fleme, gelir art\u0131\u015f\u0131, unvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, stratejiye daha etkin kat\u0131l\u0131m, ko\u00e7luk e\u011fitimi gibi&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>&#8220;Bir i\u015fin \u00f6nemi organizasyon \u015femas\u0131nda alt\u0131ndaki kutular\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 ile do\u011fru orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Organizasyon \u015femalar\u0131 yukar\u0131 do\u011fru giden ve en tepede CEO veya i\u015f sahibini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz belgeler ve en yukar\u0131da CEO varsa o zaman ona en yak\u0131n yerde olmak en de\u011ferli olma yolunda ilerledi\u011fimizi g\u00f6steriyor. Bu da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde tek ilerleme yolunun yukar\u0131 do\u011fru oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131m\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. Merkez y\u00f6neticili\u011fin kendine ait beceri gereksinimleri varken, \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticili\u011fin de yine \u00f6zel baz\u0131 beceri gereksinimleri var. Belli bir s\u00fcre merkez y\u00f6neticili\u011fi yapan, sahadaki ekiplerle her g\u00fcn konu\u015fan bir b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ana ofisteki &#8220;\u00fcst d\u00fczey&#8221; rol\u00fc ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mutsuz olabilece\u011fini de \u00f6ng\u00f6rebilmeliyiz. Ana binadaki o rol \u00e7ok daha k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 bir ileti\u015fim a\u011f\u0131nda, daha farkl\u0131 ikna becerileri gerektiren bir rol olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Organizasyon \u015femalar\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;yatay&#8221; d\u00fczlemde incelenmesi; farkl\u0131 uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131, farkl\u0131 ekiplerin yarat\u0131c\u0131 eylemlerini ve de\u011fi\u015fik noktalarda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 merkez y\u00f6neticilerin g\u00f6r\u00fclmesini de sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>&#8220;Rol daha yukar\u0131daysa maa\u015f\u0131 ve imkanlar\u0131 da daha fazla olmal\u0131d\u0131r&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu tabii daha da yayg\u0131n olarak uygulanan ve do\u011fru kabul edilen bir ifade&#8230; Peki bunu tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7abilir miyiz? Bir ekibi y\u00f6neten, i\u015finde uzman, ekibini ve m\u00fc\u015fterilerini bilen ve memnun eden bir sat\u0131\u015f m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc acaba m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcnden daha fazla kazanabilmeli mi? Neden olmas\u0131n? M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc (VP Sat\u0131\u015f ve Pazarlama olabilir \u00f6rne\u011fin) organizasyon \u015femas\u0131nda daha &#8220;yukar\u0131da&#8221; olabilir, CEO&#8217;ya rapor eder, bizim merkez y\u00f6neticimiz ve onun gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir ekibi y\u00f6netebilir. E\u011fer her seviyedeki y\u00f6neticilere katk\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bir maa\u015f ve prim politikas\u0131 uygulanabilirse, merkez y\u00f6neticimiz daha \u00e7ok kazanabilir. Bu CEO&#8217;ya rapor eden direkt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in bir s\u0131n\u0131rlama veya ego yaralanmas\u0131 yaratmamal\u0131 bence&#8230; Bunlar farkl\u0131 roller, farkl\u0131 katk\u0131lar veriyorlar, farkl\u0131 de\u011ferler yarat\u0131yorlar, gelirleri de farkl\u0131 olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131k bir konu bence.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>&#8220;Ekip i\u00e7inde ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc performanslar, ekip liderli\u011fi rol\u00fc ile \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmelidir&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu da &#8220;do\u011fal&#8221; geliyor kula\u011f\u0131m\u0131za de\u011fil mi? Halbuki i\u015fini iyi yapan, her g\u00fcn\u00fcnden memnun olan, uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftiren ve geni\u015fleten ve &#8220;insan y\u00f6netimi&#8221; konusunda \u00e7ok da tutku hissetmeyen \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu &#8220;do\u011fal&#8221; yakla\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7inde mutsuz olabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ekip liderli\u011fi farkl\u0131 becerilerin, fedakarl\u0131klar\u0131n, insan\u0131 anlaman\u0131n ve insanlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n rol\u00fcd\u00fcr. Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan o y\u00f6ne gitmek istemeyebilir, kendi kariyeri i\u00e7in uygun bulmayabilir. Burada \u00f6nemli olan ekip i\u00e7inde rol\u00fcn\u00fc yapan, geli\u015fen, geni\u015fleyen, tutku hisseden ba\u011fl\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana &#8220;sadece&#8221; ekip liderli\u011finin kariyer ilerletme yolu olarak sunulmamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>&#8220;Uzun s\u00fcre merkez y\u00f6neticili\u011finde kalm\u0131\u015f bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan herhalde &#8216;iyi&#8217; de\u011fildir&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bir &#8220;orta kademe&#8221; rolde uzun s\u00fcre kalm\u0131\u015f ve &#8220;\u00fcst&#8221; y\u00f6netime ge\u00e7ememi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara hangi g\u00f6zle bakar\u0131z? \u0130\u015fi iyi biliyor, \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, m\u00fc\u015fterileri, s\u00fcre\u00e7leri iyi biliyor ama&#8230;.. deriz de\u011fil mi? Halbuki o \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n da geli\u015fmesi ve geni\u015flemesi ve \u015firkete daha fazla katk\u0131 sunabilmesi i\u00e7in imkanlar var. &#8220;\u00dcst&#8221; y\u00f6netim tek kariyer yolu de\u011fil, hele aile \u015firketlerinde ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u015firketlerde bunun \u00e7ok daha zor ve &#8220;y\u00fckselmenin&#8221; \u00e7ok daha nadir oldu\u011funu biliyoruz.
