Hepimiz, hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen dinamiklere ayak uydurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda ise \u015firketlerin, liderlerin, \u0130K\u2019n\u0131n odaklanmas\u0131 gereken konular hakk\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda gelirin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, adalet, tutarl\u0131l\u0131k, \u015feffafl\u0131k, geli\u015fim, takdir, destek, kat\u0131l\u0131m, s\u0131cak aile ortam\u0131, \u00f6zel hayata sayg\u0131, tatmin edici sorumluluklar, yap\u0131lan i\u015fte anlam bulma, esnek ve hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gibi beklentiler \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Farkl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde, \u00e7e\u015fitli seviyelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f biri olarak, \u015firketteki her g\u00f6revin ve b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn kendine has \u00f6zellikleri ve \u00f6nemi oldu\u011funu biliyorum. Bununla birlikte \u0130K\u2019n\u0131n, de\u011fi\u015fen ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 takip etmesi gereken, \u00fcst y\u00f6netim ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131ndaki dengenin kurulmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131ndan sorumlu stratejik bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Bu denge; \u00fcst y\u00f6ntemin belirledi\u011fi \u015firket hedeflerini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara en uygun \u015fekilde aktar\u0131rken, ara kademe y\u00f6neticiler dahil, herkesin ihtiya\u00e7 ve beklentilerini yak\u0131ndan takip ederek, s\u00fcrekli ileti\u015fimde olunarak ve proaktif yakla\u015f\u0131mla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131larak kurulabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n, beklentilere y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, \u015firket k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn temelinde de bulunmas\u0131 gereken baz\u0131 konular\u0131 esas almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum: <strong>Adalet, g\u00fcven ve sayg\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adalet<\/strong> kelimesi, \u201chak ve hukuka uygunluk, hakk\u0131 g\u00f6zetme\u201d \u015feklinde ifade edilmektedir. T\u00fcm \u015firket kurallar\u0131n\u0131n bu do\u011frultuda olu\u015fturulmu\u015f olmas\u0131, \u00fccret d\u00fczenlemeleri yaparken, performans de\u011ferlendirirken, \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilirken, cezaland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, herkes i\u00e7in belirlenen \u015fekilde ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hi\u00e7bir kriteri veya a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 olmadan, ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapanlara farkl\u0131 maa\u015f \u00f6demek, ayn\u0131 performanstakileri farkl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek, ayn\u0131 su\u00e7u i\u015fleyenleri farkl\u0131 cezaland\u0131rmak gibi uygulamalar adalet duygusunu ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131r. \u015eirket kurallar\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmaya neden olmayacak kadar <strong>net<\/strong>, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca <strong>\u015feffaf<\/strong> olmal\u0131 ve <strong>adil<\/strong> \u015fekilde uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00fcven<\/strong> kelimesi, \u201ckorku, \u00e7ekinme ve ku\u015fku duymadan inanma ve ba\u011flanma duygusu\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden, adalet kadar g\u00fcven de bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u015firketine <strong>ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 ile <strong>uyumunu<\/strong> etkileyen \u00f6nemli bir unsurdur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle pandemi ile birlikte \u00f6nceliklerin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi, insanlar\u0131n herkesten ve her \u015feyden \u00f6nce kendini daha \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ortamda, amirine ve ekibine g\u00fcven duymayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan iyi performans ve motivasyon beklemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sayg\u0131<\/strong> kelimesi ise \u201cde\u011feri, \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, yararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir kimseye, bir \u015feye kar\u015f\u0131 dikkatli, \u00f6zenli, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc davranmaya sebep olan sevgi duygusu\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> \u201cSayg\u0131\u201d kelimesinin sizdeki yans\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in \u015fu sorular\u0131 kendinize sorabilirsiniz:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015f yerinizde ka\u00e7 ki\u015fi i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir his besliyorsunuz?<\/li>\n<li>Hangi sebeplerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc \u00f6zenli ve dikkatli davran\u0131yorsunuz?<\/li>\n<li>Sayg\u0131 duydu\u011funuz veya duydu\u011funuzu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz ki\u015filer size, fikirlerinize, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015fe, hatta \u00f6zel hayat\u0131n\u0131za sayg\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor mu?<\/li>\n<li>Sizi dinliyor, isteklerinizi de\u011ferlendirip \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor mu?<\/li>\n<li>Gerekti\u011finde empati kurup ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc davran\u0131yor mu?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z son y\u0131llarda, maa\u015f konusu bir\u00e7ok beklentinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015f olmakla birlikte, yukar\u0131da bahsetti\u011fim kavramlar bazen bunun bile \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek, aidiyeti ve motivasyonu olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkileyebiliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u201cstratejik ortak\u201d olarak g\u00f6ren, de\u011fi\u015fen d\u00fcnyaya, insanlara, ihtiya\u00e7lara do\u011fru yakla\u015fan ve y\u00f6neten \u015firketler; hedeflerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetinde de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturabilirler.
