Organizasyon \u015femas\u0131nda hangi kutuda olduklar\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak insanlar\u0131n do\u011fal e\u011filimlerini ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc taraflar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rme becerileri y\u00fcksektir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, kariyerimde bir sat\u0131\u015f rol\u00fcnden bir i\u015f geli\u015ftirme rol\u00fcne m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcn beni tavsiyesi ile ge\u00e7mi\u015ftim.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n do\u011fal \u00fcst\u00fcn becerilerini ke\u015ffederler<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7arpan liderler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla ilgili kritik sorular sorarak cevaplarlar. Bu sorular\u0131n cevaplar\u0131 potansiyeli de getirebilir, bilinmeyen g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir taraf\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karabilir.
