Sigortal\u0131lar, normal emeklili\u011fe nazaran daha az s\u00fcre ve prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ile emekli olabilirler.\u00a0K\u0131smi emeklilikte 1999 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir tarihtir. Zira bu y\u0131l yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklik ve d\u00fczenlemeler baz\u0131 sigortal\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u015fartlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesine neden olmu\u015ftur. Bu kriterler kademeli olarak emekli olmak isteyenlere \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 se\u00e7enek sunar. Kademeli yani k\u0131smi emeklilik i\u00e7in kad\u0131n ve erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu \u00fc\u00e7 se\u00e7enekte 3600, 4500 ve 5400 g\u00fcn sigorta prim say\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131n\u0131r. Bu yasadan faydalanabilmek i\u00e7in prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131, ya\u015f \u015fart\u0131 ve sigorta s\u00fcresinin bir arada kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 beklenir. Ba\u011f-Kur, SSK, memur ve tar\u0131m sigortal\u0131s\u0131 olan ki\u015filer k\u0131smi emeklilikten yararlanabilirler.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>K\u0131smi emeklilik ko\u015fullar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u0131smi emeklilikten faydalanabilmek i\u00e7in sigortal\u0131 ki\u015filerin ba\u011fl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 kuruma ve cinsiyetlerine bak\u0131larak \u00e7e\u015fitli ko\u015fullar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131 gerekir. Kademeli emeklilik i\u00e7in belirlenen ya\u015fa gelinmesi \u015fart ko\u015fulur. Tespit edilen ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 8 Eyl\u00fcl 1999 tarihinden \u00f6nce sigortal\u0131 olan ki\u015filer i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. 8 Eyl\u00fcl 1999 tarihinden \u00f6nce sigortal\u0131 olan ki\u015filer ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 \u015fart\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmadan emekli olma \u015fans\u0131na sahiptir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u0131smi emeklilik de denilen kademeli emeklilikte 15 senelik sigortal\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresi ile 3 bin 600 prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 dolduran \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar emekli olma hakk\u0131na sahip olurlar. 8 Eyl\u00fcl 1999&#8217;dan \u00f6nce kad\u0131nlar 50 ya\u015f\u0131nda, erkekler ise 55 ya\u015f\u0131nda bu hakk\u0131 elde etmekteydi. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n may\u0131s ay\u0131ndan itibaren kademeli ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in erkeklerin 60, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ise 58 ya\u015f\u0131nda emekli olmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olmu\u015ftur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>EYT k\u0131smi emeklilik nedir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1999 y\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu uygulanmaya ba\u015flanmadan \u00f6nce sigortal\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in herhangi bir ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildi. Bu yasaya g\u00f6re ki\u015filerin emekli olabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen \u015fartlar; kad\u0131nlar\u0131n 20, erkeklerin 25 senelik sigorta s\u00fcresini tamamlamas\u0131, \u00f6l\u00fcm ve ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k primleri ile 5000 g\u00fcnl\u00fck malull\u00fck primlerini \u00f6demesi idi. Bununla birlikte ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z erkek sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n 25, kad\u0131n sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n ise 20 senelik primlerini \u00f6deyerek emekli olabilmeleri m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fc. \u00dcstelik ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 da s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4447 say\u0131l\u0131 yasaya g\u00f6re ise kad\u0131n ve erkek sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n emekli olabilmeleri i\u00e7in ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Buna g\u00f6re emeklili\u011fe hak kazanmak i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar\u0131n 58, erkeklerin ise 60 ya\u015f\u0131na gelmeleri \u015fart ko\u015fulmu\u015ftur. Yasa y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmeden \u00f6nce emekli olan, emeklili\u011fe iki sene ya da daha az s\u00fcresi kalan sigortal\u0131 ki\u015filerin haklar\u0131 koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Emeklilik ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayamayan sigortal\u0131 ki\u015filerin prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcnleri ve ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 kademeli bir \u015fekilde art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Emeklilikte ya\u015fa tak\u0131lanlar olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan EYT kapsam\u0131nda bulunan sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ise tespit edilen emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131ndan daha erken zamanda emeklili\u011fe hak kazanabilecekleri bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EYT k\u0131smi emeklilik; prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan, emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131na ula\u015fan, buna ra\u011fmen ya\u015f ko\u015fulunu beklemek zorunda kalan sigortal\u0131 ki\u015filerin haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumak ve emekli olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseltmeden kaynaklanan ma\u011fduriyetin giderilmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 bekleyen sigortal\u0131 ki\u015filerin kademeli olarak emeklili\u011fe hak kazanmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>EYT k\u0131smi emeklilik kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in nas\u0131l uygulan\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EYT kademeli emeklilikte kad\u0131n ve erkekler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan uygulamalar birbirinden farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. Bu kapsamda yer alan emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131, sigorta ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihine ve tabi olunan sigorta kurumuna g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. Ya\u015f haddine ba\u011fl\u0131 emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131, 5510 ve 4447 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunlara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Prim g\u00fcn\u00fc eksik olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da emeklilik kakk\u0131n\u0131 elde edebilir mi?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 doldurmak EYT emeklilik \u015fartlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. 8 Eyl\u00fcl 1999 tarihinden \u00f6nce sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flayan EYTliler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam etmemeleri durumunda eksik prim g\u00fcn\u00fc sorunu ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelebilirler.
