S\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015fleyi\u015fe her kademeden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130\u015fletmedeki her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Kaizen&#8217;den sorumlu oldu\u011funda s\u00fcre\u00e7 s\u00fcrekli hale gelir. \u0130yile\u015ftirme projeleri PUK\u00d6 d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinde ilerlerken planla, uygula, kontrol et ve \u00f6nlem al ad\u0131mlar\u0131yla her bir iyile\u015ftirme prosed\u00fcrlerle s\u00fcreklilik kazanan i\u015fletme uygulamas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylece verimlilik artarken tan\u0131mlanan yeni problemler de ayn\u0131 d\u00f6ng\u00fc \u00fczerinden ilerler. <\/span><b>Kaizen tekni\u011fi ile tembelli\u011fi yen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ise baz\u0131 i\u015fletmelerin slogan\u0131 haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kaizen nedir?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Kaizen nedir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sorusuna cevap ararken kelimenin k\u00f6kenine inmekte fayda var. Kaizen k\u00f6ken olarak Japonca Kai (De\u011fi\u015fim) ve Zen (\u0130yi) kelimelerinden gelir. Kelimeler bir araya getirildi\u011finde daha iyiye ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in de\u011fi\u015fim anlam\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar. S\u00fcrekli tekrarlanan daha iyiye ula\u015fma \u00e7abas\u0131 ise anlam olarak s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fime kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelir. K\u00f6k\u00fc \u00e7ok eski olan Kaizen ikinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131 Masaaki \u0130mai taraf\u0131ndan sistematik hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Sonras\u0131nda ise m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyetini artt\u0131rma, rekabette \u00f6ne ge\u00e7me, maliyeti d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme hedefleri olan i\u015fletmeler yapt\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla iyile\u015ftirme alanlar\u0131n\u0131 tespit ederek Kaizen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flarlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kaizen nedir k\u0131saca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a\u00e7\u0131klamak gerekirse; iyile\u015ftirilecek alanlar tespit edilerek problemin tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131yla problemin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik s\u00fcre\u00e7 iyile\u015ftirme ve maliyet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kaizen\u2019dir.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kaizen \u00e7e\u015fitleri nelerdir?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015fletmelerde problemin boyutu ve kompleks ya da basit olmas\u0131na g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 Kaizen t\u00fcrleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan Baz\u0131 <\/span><b>Kaizen \u00f6rnekleri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dad\u0131r:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odaklanm\u0131\u015f (Kobetsu Kaizen): Odaklanm\u0131\u015f Kaizen\u2019de i\u015fletmeler s\u00fcre\u00e7, \u00fcr\u00fcn ya da problem \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131r. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015flerini yaparken g\u00f6zlem yapmalar\u0131 ve varsa iyile\u015ftirme \u00f6nerilerini sunmalar\u0131 istenir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla yap\u0131lan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle s\u00fcrecin iyile\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n s\u00fcrece aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etti\u011finden i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde anl\u0131k d\u00fczeltmeler yapmak i\u00e7in tercih edilen bir y\u00f6ntemdir.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u0131zl\u0131 Kaizen: \u00d6nce sonra olan \u00e7e\u015fidinde ile benzerlik g\u00f6sterse de h\u0131zl\u0131 Kaizen\u2019nin amac\u0131 PUK\u00d6 y\u00f6ntemi kullanarak tespit edilen bir problemi h\u0131zl\u0131ca \u00e7\u00f6zmeyi ama\u00e7lar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standart Kaizen: Standart uygulamada mevcut i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve prosed\u00fcrler d\u00fczenli olarak g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilir. Ama\u00e7 i\u015fletmede de\u011fer katmayan ad\u0131mlar\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131larak ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin optimize edilerek iyile\u015ftirilmesidir.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maj\u00f6r Kaizen: Major&#8217;de kapsam\u0131 olduk\u00e7a geni\u015ftir. Tespit edilen problem projelendirilerek projede \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak ekip belirlenir. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 ve biti\u015f tarihi olan maj\u00f6r Kaizen\u2019de bir proje plan\u0131 dahilinde veriler toplan\u0131r, analiz edilir, k\u00f6k neden analizi yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fletmelerde s\u00fcreklilik arz eden bir problemi ele alarak \u00e7\u00f6zmeyi ama\u00e7lar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda temel seviyede \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunan Karakuri ve 1 hafta i\u00e7erisinde tamamlanmas\u0131 beklenen Blitz <\/span><b>Kaizen \u00e7e\u015fitleri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de vard\u0131r. T\u00fcm Kaizen \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin ortakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 konular; s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fim, s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin verimli hale getirilmesi ve etkin bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fctmektir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kaizen problem \u00e7\u00f6zme teknikleri<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaizen i\u00e7erisinde yal\u0131n \u00fcretim uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu bir tekniktir. M\u00fckemmellik prensibi \u00fczerinden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan teknikte iyile\u015ftirme var olan i\u015fleyi\u015f i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle \u00fcretim, hizmet ve y\u00f6netim alanlar\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fletme; \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak s\u0131f\u0131r ya da minimum yat\u0131r\u0131mla kalite, maliyet, teslimat performans\u0131 gibi konularda m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyetinin s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefler. Kaizen uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netiminin ana g\u00f6vdesini olu\u015fturan temel prensipleri vard\u0131r. Problem A3 format\u0131na s\u0131\u011fabilecek \u015fekilde \u00f6zetlenir Problem belirlendikten sonra nedeni saptanarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in plan olu\u015fturulur. Sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmeye y\u00f6nelik bir tekniktir.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5N(Neden) Analizi: Bu analizde 5 kez sorulan \u201cneden\u201d sorusuyla problemin ana kayna\u011f\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bal\u0131k k\u0131l\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 diyagram\u0131: Bu analiz \u015feklinde problemin k\u00f6k nedenleri kategorilere ayr\u0131l\u0131r.
