Bu sorular\u0131n cevab\u0131 genellikle y\u00f6netimde delegasyon sistemi ve i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc do\u011fru yapabilmeyle ili\u015fkilendirilir. Y\u00f6neticinin ekibindeki ki\u015filer aras\u0131nda do\u011fru ve adaletli i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kendi sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece ekibindeki di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara da aidiyet hissini ya\u015fatmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ifade edilir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00f6neticilerin zamanlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131n\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f d\u00fczeltmeye, y\u00fczde 35\u2019ni ise i\u015flerini y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye sa\u011flamakla ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen <strong>Arya Akademi E\u011fitim, \u0130leti\u015fim ve Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc G\u00fclay Sava\u015f,<\/strong> geriye kalan sadece y\u00fczde 5\u2019lik zaman\u0131n de\u011fer katan faaliyetlere ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor. Sava\u015f, bu nedenle liderli\u011fi \u201cekip \u00fcyelerinin, yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken i\u015fleri, o i\u015fleri kendileri yapmay\u0131 istedi\u011fi i\u00e7in, gerekli oldu\u011fu \u015fekilde yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flama sanat\u0131\u201d olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. <strong>E\u011fitim ve Geli\u015fim Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 U\u011fur\u00a0Akar<\/strong>\u00a0da temel de\u011feri \u201cadalet\u201d olan bir \u015firketin i\u00e7erisinde i\u015f da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n dengeli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor. Y\u00f6netimde i\u015fleri do\u011fru delege etmenin kritik de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten uzmanlar b\u00f6ylece verimlili\u011fin artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n motive olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Y\u00f6netici neden delege eder?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fclay Sava\u015f, y\u00f6netimin insanlarla birlikte ve onlar\u0131n arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak hem kurumun hem de elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n ama\u00e7lar\u0131na ula\u015fma s\u00fcreci oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.\u00a0 Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde i\u015fini do\u011fru <em>delege<\/em> edemeyen y\u00f6neticinin kendi zaman\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funu sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Sava\u015f, bu sebepten dolay\u0131 da y\u00f6neticilerin yo\u011fun ve ula\u015f\u0131lamaz oldu\u011funu, gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik de\u011fil g\u00fcn\u00fc kurtarmaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu ifade ediyor. Bu durum uzun vadede kurumun verimlili\u011fi \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok etkilidir\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Temel de\u011fer adalet olmal\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b>Bir y\u00f6neticinin elindeki en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ara\u00e7lardan birisinin delegasyon oldu\u011funu savunan U\u011fur Akar, y\u00f6netim becerileri geli\u015fmi\u015f, lider y\u00f6netici olma yolunda ilerleyen ki\u015filerin bu arac\u0131 \u00e7ok daha etkin ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor. Bu durumu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in neler yapabilirim\u201d gibi sorular\u0131 sorulmal\u0131 diye konu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan sorumlulu\u011fun kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almal\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em>Delegasyon<\/em> s\u00fcrecinde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan genel konunun y\u00f6netici oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Akar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana da \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck roller d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade ediyor. \u00d6ncelikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenmeye a\u00e7\u0131k olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yeni sorumluluklar almak isteyip istemedi\u011fini, al\u0131nan g\u00f6revi tam olarak yerine getirip getirmedi\u011fini g\u00f6rmesi gerekti\u011fini ifade ediyor. Sava\u015f, \u201c\u0130\u015fleri do\u011fru yapan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n performans de\u011ferlendirmesi ve bunun sonucundaki \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n da do\u011fru kurulmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, takdir edilece\u011fini bilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu s\u00fcrece, i\u015flerine d\u00f6rt elle sar\u0131l\u0131r. Erdemir, \u00f6zellikle organizasyonlarda y\u00f6netici ge\u00e7 saatlere kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ve mesaiye kalmas\u0131n\u0131n delegasyon sisteminin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fareti oldu\u011funu anlat\u0131yor. Ekip i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fanan i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc adaletsizli\u011finin ise \u00f6ncelikle tak\u0131m ruhunu kaybettirece\u011fini ifade eden Erdemir, bu atmosferi sa\u011flamas\u0131 gereken ki\u015finin yine y\u00f6netici oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Tak\u0131m i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015fi bir s\u00fcre sonra bunun kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bekleyecek ve kurumun tak\u0131m odakl\u0131 sistemi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 alamazsa mutsuz olacakt\u0131r.
