Bu gereklilik, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu (KVKK) olarak hayat\u0131m\u0131za girmi\u015f ve art\u0131k sadece yasal bir y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karak kurumlar\u0131n temel sorumluluklar\u0131ndan biri haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ki\u015fisel verilerin korunmas\u0131, kurumlar\u0131n itibar\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini belirleyen stratejik bir unsur haline gelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde i\u015flenen \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki\u015fisel veri nedeniyle, KVKK uyumu, art\u0131k ka\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerindeki bir y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck de\u011fil, kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>KVKK ve \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin kesi\u015fim noktas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131, aday ba\u015fvurular\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n performans de\u011ferlendirmeleri, sa\u011fl\u0131k bilgileri, \u00f6zl\u00fck dosyalar\u0131 ve i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kadar geni\u015f bir yelpazede ki\u015fisel veri ile do\u011frudan temas halindedir. Bu verilerin do\u011fru, g\u00fcvenli ve mevzuata uygun y\u00f6netilmesi, bireylerin haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kurumun hukuki risklerden korunmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131, \u015feffafl\u0131k ve gizlilik ilkelerini her zaman hat\u0131rlat\u0131r ve ya\u015fat\u0131r.
