Ancak uzmanlara g\u00f6re \u015firketlerin de\u011fi\u015fken \u00fccrete ba\u011fl\u0131 sistemlerini a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na anlatabilmesi \u015fart. <strong>Towers Watson \u00dccret Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 Raporu<\/strong> da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sadece yar\u0131s\u0131ndan az\u0131n\u0131n performans y\u00f6netim sistemini anlayabildi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Burada i\u015fverene d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6rev ise objektif ve anla\u015f\u0131labilir bir sistemin kurgulanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2015 zamlar\u0131nd<\/strong>a sekt\u00f6r ve firmalar aras\u0131nda ortalama \u00fccret farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 kapansa da sadece yap\u0131lan zam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in yeterli olmuyor.
