Bu nedenle \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin organizasyonlara katt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011feri iki temel boyutta ele almak gerekir:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a01. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Y\u00fczeysel \u00c7e\u015fitlilik: Masada Kimler Oturuyor?<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Y\u00fczeysel \u00e7e\u015fitlilik; bireylerin ya\u015f gruplar\u0131, cinsiyetleri, etnik k\u00f6kenleri, fiziksel yetenekleri veya farkl\u0131 departman ge\u00e7mi\u015fleri gibi ilk bak\u0131\u015fta g\u00f6zlemlenebilen demografik ve biyografik \u00f6zelliklerini ifade eder.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bu boyut, \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin en g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr katman\u0131d\u0131r.
