Bu \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131nda nas\u0131l bir izlenim b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve hareketlerinin etkilerini bilirler. \u00a0\u00d6z fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n faydas\u0131n\u0131 belki de en \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na geri bildirim yapacaklar\u0131 zaman g\u00f6r\u00fcrler. Bu y\u00fczden sayg\u0131de\u011fer liderler olumsuz ele\u015ftirileri bile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011fretici ve geli\u015ftirici hale getirmenin yollar\u0131n\u0131 arar. G\u00fcvenmeden g\u00fcven kazan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda olan liderlerin mottosu, \u201cYanl\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 kan\u0131tlanana kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na inan ve g\u00fcven!\u201ddir.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u0130nsanlar, bir lider ve bir patron aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 soruyorlar. Yani ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fan fikir kendilerinin dahi olsa uygulamaya ge\u00e7iren insanlar\u0131 bu ba\u015far\u0131ya ortak ederler. S\u00f6z konusu zor kararlar oldu\u011funda ise bunu h\u0131zla halleder, kimseyi su\u00e7lamazlar. Duygusal zekas\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan liderler s\u00fcrekli \u00f6\u011frenme ve geli\u015fme halinde olduklar\u0131ndan \u00e7evrelerindeki <a title=\"T\u00fcrk giri\u015fimcisinin beklentisi y\u00fckseliyor\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/ik-blog\/turk-girisimcisinin-beklentisi-yukseliyor\/\">giri\u015fimcileri<\/a> desteklerler.
