Liderlik konusuna yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yetkinlik a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u0131la\u00a0oranla art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>E\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim:<\/strong><\/span> Firmalar yetkinlik eksikli\u011fini i\u015f stratejilerini hayata ge\u00e7irmeleri \u00f6n\u00fcnde en \u00f6nemli engel olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. E\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim en \u00f6nemli \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc konu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken, konunun \u0130K y\u00f6neticileri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemi ge\u00e7en y\u0131la\u00a0oranla y\u00fczde 21 artm\u0131\u015f durumda. Firmalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 89\u2019u performans sistemlerini yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f ya da \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 18 ayda de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi planl\u0131yor.
