Bunu sadece \u00f6zel \u015firketler i\u00e7in s\u00f6ylemiyorum; kamu kurumlar\u0131 ve hatta sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in de ayn\u0131 \u015feyler ge\u00e7erli. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u015flerini hedefler do\u011frultusunda bitirmekten ziyade \u201ctrib\u00fcnlere\u201d performans sergileyerek skor toplama gere\u011fi hissediyorlar. Bunu da habis ruhlu olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil, ko\u015fullar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurduklar\u0131nda bir hayatta kalma, ayakta kalma stratejisi olarak uyguluyorlar. Herkes yapabilece\u011fi zerre kadar bir katk\u0131n\u0131n kimin hanesine yaz\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 endi\u015fesiyle hareket ediyor. Bunun \u00f6tesinde patriyarkal kurumsal yap\u0131lanmalar ve iktidar\u0131 tekelinde toplayan y\u00f6neticilerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015fe ve hedeflere odaklanmaktan \u00e7ok kendi imajlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6neticinin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011funa odaklanarak ayakta kalmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7an bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn yarat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ya da s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n az da olsa dayan\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc varsa da zaman i\u00e7inde bu tarz kurumlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken o da eriyip gidiyor\u2026 Sonra biz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u201ctak\u0131m olmad\u0131klar\u0131ndan\u201d \u015fik\u00e2yet ediyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tak\u0131m olmay\u0131 teknik bir sorun veya bir bilgi eksikli\u011fi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><b>En b\u00fcy\u00fck engel kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olabiliyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc<\/strong> ve i\u015f ortam\u0131 tak\u0131m olman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir engel iken, kurumsal adalet mekanizmas\u0131 etkili bir \u015fekilde i\u015flemiyorken, liyakate dayal\u0131 bir terfi sistemi yokken ve insanlar performans ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda birbirleriyle k\u0131yas\u0131ya yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yorken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n birbiriyle dayan\u0131\u015fma duygusu i\u00e7erisine girmesini beklemek ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmayacakt\u0131r. Yaz\u0131n\u0131n giri\u015finde Michael Jordan\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcnde belirtilen \u015fampiyonlu\u011fa kimse inanm\u0131yorsa herkes sadece \u00f6n\u00fcndeki ma\u00e7\u0131 kazanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r. Bu nedenle de sadece tak\u0131m olmaya y\u00f6nelik birka\u00e7 e\u011fitimle halledilebilecek bir sorun da de\u011fildir. Tak\u0131m olma meselesi b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumu i\u00e7ine alan etkin bir s\u00fcrecin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yoksa her seferinde hafta sonu ekini i\u00e7inde bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda gazete bayiine s\u00f6yledi\u011fimiz gibi kendimize sorar\u0131z: \u201cTak\u0131m olma e\u011fitimini ald\u0131k, iyi ama ruhu nerde bunun?\u201d \u00a0Bu nedenle uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r hem akademide hem kurumlarda e\u011fitim veren bir uzman olarak \u00e7uvald\u0131z\u0131 kendime bat\u0131rd\u0131ktan sonra hepimize biraz i\u011fne ikram etmek isterim. E\u011fitimin sihirli bir de\u011fnek gibi her kurumsal derde deva olaca\u011f\u0131 fantezisinin alt\u0131nda e\u011fitim alg\u0131m\u0131zdaki eksiklik yatmaktad\u0131r diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. E\u011fitimi, kurumsal s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden izole g\u00f6rme eksikli\u011fi.
