Performans, herhangi bir g\u00f6revin gere\u011fi olarak \u00f6nceden belirlenen standartlara uygun davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6sterilmesi ve beklenen ama\u00e7lara yakla\u015fma derecesi olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir. Performans de\u011ferlendirme ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n performans\u0131n\u0131n izlendi\u011fi, de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi, sonucun kaydedildi\u011fi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana bildirildi\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7. Performans y\u00f6netimi organizasyon hedefleri ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n bireysel hedefleri aras\u0131nda paralellik\u00a0sa\u011flayarak her iki taraf\u0131n da hedeflerine ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 koordine ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Performans de\u011ferlendirme sistemi eski bir sistem. 1800\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llar\u0131n sonuna do\u011fru, bireylerin fiziksel ve zihinsel \u00f6zelliklerinin, ki\u015filiklerinin, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ve yeteneklerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesini kapsamaktayd\u0131. Zaman i\u00e7erisinde teknik ve ara\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015flar geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde ilk defa 1948 y\u0131l\u0131nda Karab\u00fck Demir \u00c7elik fabrikalar\u0131nda, daha sonra S\u00fcmerbank Makine ve Kimya End\u00fcstrisi ile Devlet Demir Yollar\u0131 gibi kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda, 1960 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren de baz\u0131 \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda uygulama alan\u0131 buldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn performans de\u011ferlendirme denildi\u011finde bireylerin ve kurumlar\u0131n performanslar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en, do\u011fabilecek sorunlar\u0131 tespit etme amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan, y\u00f6netimin beklentilerini personele iletmesini, performans\u0131n izlenmesini, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7eren bir sistem akla geliyor.
