Enkavi, \u201c\u015eirketlerde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n terfi almas\u0131n\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131 belli ve tan\u0131ml\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
