Becton ve Fairleigh S. Dickinson taraf\u0131ndan temelleri at\u0131lan BD, 1906&#8217;da Amerika&#8217;n\u0131n ilk \u015f\u0131r\u0131nga ve i\u011fne \u00fcretim fabrikas\u0131n\u0131 kurarak, ilk ins\u00fclin enjeksiyon cihaz\u0131, ilk penisilin enjeksiyon cihaz\u0131, ilk vakumlu kan alma t\u00fcp\u00fc gibi alan\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok ilklere imza at\u0131yor. \u015eu an 50\u2019den fazla \u00fclkede yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131yla faaliyet g\u00f6steren BD\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Murat Erboz; \u0130K yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131, hasta ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011fi projeleri ve gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik hedeflerini anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim hayat\u0131n\u0131zdan bahsedebilir misiniz? Ard\u0131ndan GE\u2019nin (General Electric Healthcare) ameliyathane, yo\u011fun bak\u0131m ve acil departmanlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sa\u011flayan i\u015f biriminde sat\u0131\u015f ve pazarlama k\u0131sm\u0131nda g\u00f6rev ald\u0131m. \u0130ki y\u0131l sonra GE Sa\u011fl\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin pazarlama ve ticari operasyonlar direkt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revine ge\u00e7erek y\u00f6netim ekinine kat\u0131ld\u0131m. Son bir bu\u00e7uk y\u0131ld\u0131r BD T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deyim ve burada olmaktan \u00e7ok mutluyum. Hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 hem de sat\u0131\u015f olarak \u00e7ok ciddi bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir organizasyonu devrald\u0131m ve hep birlikte yeni hedeflere do\u011fru yol al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kariyerinizde d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 diyebilece\u011finiz d\u00f6nemler var m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Benim i\u00e7in ilk ve en \u00f6nemli d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 son derece ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131yken askeri hayat\u0131 b\u0131rakmak oldu. Kara Harp Okulu\u2019ndan tank s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda alt\u0131nc\u0131 olarak mezun oldum. Kurada \u0130stanbul\u2019u \u00e7ekmem de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fans oldu. \u0130stanbul\u2019a geldikten sonra yetkinliklerimin profesyonel hayatta daha etkili olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve mutlu olabilece\u011fimi anlad\u0131m. Sa\u011fl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ucu hastaya uzanan, do\u011frudan onu mutlu etmeye y\u00f6nelik bir alan oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ilk g\u00fcnden itibaren o i\u00e7 huzuru hissettim. BD\u2019nin uzun d\u00f6nem hedeflerine ula\u015fmada nas\u0131l bir i\u015f modeli gerekiyorsa, buna giden yolda \u0130K\u2019ya b\u00fcy\u00fck bir rol d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Son d\u00f6rt y\u0131lda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131m\u00a0 kararlar\u0131 neticesinde organizasyon b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k ve al\u0131nan bu kararlar\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011fu bize b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi getirdi . Bu ama\u00e7la yerel, b\u00f6lgesel ve global bir \u00e7ok \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme programlar\u0131m\u0131z mevcut. \u015eirket de\u011ferlerimizle belirlenen Liderlik Standartlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde belirlenmi\u015f olan\u00a0 davran\u0131\u015f ve yetkinlikleri sergileyerek i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na olumlu etki eden projeler ortaya koyan arkada\u015flar\u0131 etki derecelerine g\u00f6re bronz, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f ve alt\u0131n olarak \u00a0\u00f6d\u00fcllendiriyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz Fikir Bende Projesi ile, organizasyonumuza art\u0131 de\u011fer katacak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yeni fikirle gelen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n projelerini de\u011ferlendirip \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriyor ve hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in destekliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekibinizde yer almas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011finiz ki\u015filerle ilgili \u00f6ncelikleriniz nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son d\u00f6rt y\u0131ld\u0131r kazanmaya al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f gen\u00e7 ve dinamik bir ekibiz. Zorlu hedeflerle yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yoruz ama yolda e\u011flenmeyi de biliyoruz. Ekibe dahil olacak ki\u015filerin bu nedenle uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmam\u0131z da bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrle ilgili. Hastane infeksiyonlar\u0131, i\u011fne batma ve kesici-delici alet yaralanmalar\u0131, yanl\u0131\u015f ins\u00fclin enjeksiyon tekni\u011fi ile buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olu\u015fabilecek komplikasyonlar ve kan s\u0131\u00e7ramalar\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fabilecek hayati riskler gibi \u00f6nemli sorunlar \u00e7ok fazla g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu anlamda BD\u2019nin ortak de\u011fer yaratacak en \u00f6nemli projelerinden bir tanesi olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz global bir g\u00fcvenlik projemiz var. ABD ve AB mevzuatlar\u0131nda hasta ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in yeni nesil teknolojiye sahip g\u00fcvenlik donan\u0131ml\u0131 cihazlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 zorunlu \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bahsetti\u011fim nedenlerle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden \u00e7ok fazla ki\u015fi var.
