Bir\u00e7ok \u015firket i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yaparken uzun bir liste haz\u0131rlay\u0131p i\u015fin sorumluluk ve gerekliliklerini belirtiyor.\u00a0Fakat bu s\u00fcre\u00e7\u00a0her zaman i\u015fverenin istedi\u011fi aday\u0131 bulmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olunan bir \u00a0s\u00fcre\u00e7 olmayabiliyor. Do\u011fru haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f bir i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131, i\u015fe uygun adaylar\u0131n i\u015f ba\u015fvuru yapmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aday\u0131n pozisyona olan uygunlu\u011funu kontrol edin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131 haz\u0131rland\u0131ktan ve i\u015f ilan\u0131 yay\u0131nland\u0131ktan sonra pozisyona ba\u015fvuran adaylar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca teknik becerilerine de\u011fil, adaylar\u0131n yetkinliklerini, yeteneklerini ve kuruma olan uygunluklar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek gerekiyor. Teknik bilgi ve beceri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan pozisyona uygun her aday, kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne uygun olmayabiliyor. Bu kontrol\u00fcn yap\u0131lmamas\u0131, hem uygun olmayan bir aday\u0131n i\u015fe al\u0131nmas\u0131na hem de zaman ve emek kayb\u0131na neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>M\u00fclakat tekni\u011finizi geli\u015ftirin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Adaylar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesine do\u011fru haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 kadar i\u015fverenin ya da \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n da i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve do\u011fru i\u015fe al\u0131m yapabilmek i\u00e7in m\u00fclakat tekniklerini geli\u015ftirmesi gerekiyor. \u0130\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri yap\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011fi her iki taraf i\u00e7in de zorlu\u00a0bir s\u00fcre\u00e7. Bu nedenle i\u015fe al\u0131m yapacak olan yetkilinin de m\u00fclakata haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcreci do\u011fru y\u00f6netmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Do\u011fru sorular\u0131 sorun<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinde sorulan sorular\u0131n amac\u0131 aday\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak ya da k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, aday\u0131n i\u015fe uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in ilkesini unutmamak gerekiyor. Bu nedenle m\u00fclakat s\u00fcrecinde adaya do\u011fru m\u00fclakat sorular\u0131n\u0131 sormak o ki\u015fiyle birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcp y\u00fcr\u00fcyemeyece\u011finizi anlamak i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Adaylar\u0131n sizi tan\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do\u011fru i\u015fe al\u0131m yapabilmek i\u00e7in tek tarafl\u0131 bilgi al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunmamak kritik.\u00a0Adaya \u015firketi, \u015firketin beklentilerini, hedeflerini ve nas\u0131l bir yol arkada\u015f\u0131 istedi\u011fini anlatmak gerekiyor. \u015eirketin beklentileri ile aday\u0131n beklentileri \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor mu?
