Stratejik ortakl\u0131kta \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 uzman\u0131 pozisyonlar\u0131n tasar\u0131m\u0131, i\u015fe al\u0131m, \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme, yetenek y\u00f6netimi, kariyer planlamas\u0131, ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim gibi t\u00fcm alanlara hakim oldu\u011fu gibi di\u011fer departmanlarla ve y\u00f6netimle de entegre bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u0130K uzman\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok iyi bir i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in i\u015fverenin bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na da sahip olmas\u0131, finans bilmesi, b\u00fct\u00e7e hakk\u0131nda donan\u0131ml\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve dijital \u0130K\u2019y\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 da takip ediyor olmas\u0131 yine kritik \u00f6zellikler olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u0130K\u2019n\u0131n stratejik yap\u0131lanmada aktif rol almas\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00f6netimde bir koltu\u011fa sahip olmas\u0131 yeterli de\u011fil.
