Ankete kat\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 46\u2019s\u0131 y\u00f6neticisine g\u00fcveniyor. \u0130\u015fverenine ve tak\u0131m arkada\u015flar\u0131na g\u00fcvenenlerin toplam oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 49 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ankette yer alan en \u00e7ok i\u015fverenlerine g\u00fcvenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 66, y\u00fczde 65 ve y\u00fczde 59 oranlar\u0131yla Hindistan, Meksika ve Brezilya\u2019da yer al\u0131rken, en az g\u00fcven duyanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 21, y\u00fczde 33 ve y\u00fczde 38 oranlar\u0131yla Japonya, \u0130ngiltere ve ABD\u2019den \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gruplar\u0131 y\u00fcksek oranlarla i\u015fverenlerine ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131na y\u00f6neticilerinden daha \u00e7ok g\u00fcvendiklerini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<h2>En az g\u00fcven duyan X jenerasyonu<\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u015f ortam\u0131nda g\u00fcven duyan en geni\u015f kitle 51-68 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki Babyboomers ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131. Babyboomers\u2019\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerine g\u00fcven oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 51, i\u015fverenlerine y\u00fczde 52 ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131na y\u00fczde 53 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 35-50 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki X jenerasyonu en az g\u00fcven duyan jenerasyon olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu grupta yer alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerine ve patronlar\u0131na g\u00fcven oranlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 41 ve y\u00fczde 46. 19-34 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki Y jenerasyonunun ise X ve Z aras\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerine ve patronlar\u0131na g\u00fcven oranlar\u0131 ise s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 45 ve y\u00fczde 50. Ankete kat\u0131lan 19-68 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan g\u00fcven duymayanlar g\u00fcvensizlik nedenlerini, gelir adaletsizli\u011fi, k\u00f6t\u00fc liderler, y\u00fcksek turn-over ve i\u015fbirli\u011finin te\u015fvik edilmemesi olarak bildiriyor. \u015eirketine g\u00fcvenmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in i\u015f arayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u00a0oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 42, mesai saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istemeyenlerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 30, daha az ilgili ve \u00fcretken oldu\u011funu belirtenlerin oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 28 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Y\u00fcksek g\u00fcven oran\u0131na sahip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarsa g\u00fcven duymalar\u0131n\u0131n nedenlerini, verilen s\u00f6zlerin yerine getirilmesi, i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, adil yan haklar ve transparan ileti\u015fim olarak s\u0131ral\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re ankete kat\u0131lan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n g\u00fcvensizlik oranlar\u0131 bu konularda daha y\u00fcksek.<\/p>\n<h2>Z jenerasyonu nerede duruyor?<\/h2>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer alan yan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ise Z jenerasyonuna odaklan\u0131yor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada 16-18 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki \u00fc\u00e7 bin 207 gen\u00e7 i\u00e7in g\u00fcven sa\u011flayan fakt\u00f6rler, ilk tam zamanl\u0131 i\u015fverenleri hakk\u0131nda karar vermeden \u00f6nce kime dan\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131 ve ailelerinin i\u015f hayat\u0131 \u00f6yk\u00fclerinin onlar \u00fczerinde nas\u0131l bir etki yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 66\u2019s\u0131 i\u015fverene g\u00fcven duymak i\u00e7in maa\u015f ve primin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan geli\u015fimine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak e\u011fitimlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da \u015fart oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 62\u2019si i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, y\u00fczde 64\u2019\u00fc yan haklar, y\u00fczde 52\u2019si esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, y\u00fczde 44\u2019\u00fc ise i\u015fyerinde \u00e7e\u015fitlilik olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi noktas\u0131nda birle\u015fiyor. ABD\u2019deki Z jenerasyonuna mensup kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 71 gibi y\u00fcksek bir oranla i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi maddesini se\u00e7ti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
