T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den de 1.001 temsilci i\u015fveren ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yap\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re T\u00fcrk i\u015fverenler Ocak-Mart d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in umut vaat eden i\u015fe al\u0131m planlar\u0131 bildiriyor. \u0130\u015fverenlerin y\u00fczde 25\u2019i istihdam art\u0131\u015f\u0131 beklerken y\u00fczde 9\u2019u d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor ve y\u00fczde 65\u2019i de herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik beklemediklerini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131m tahminleri olumlu ancak m\u00fctevazi<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Birinci \u00e7eyrek \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerini de\u011ferlendiren<strong> Manpower T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Reha Hatipo\u011flu,<\/strong> durgunluk ve durgunluk sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde de T\u00fcrk i\u015fverenlerin istikrarl\u0131 bir \u00e7izgide ve etkileyici oranlarda i\u015fe al\u0131m planlar\u0131 bildirmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini kaydediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Hatipo\u011flu, \u201cYeni ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011fi i\u00e7in i\u015fe al\u0131m tahminlerinin hala olumlu ancak daha m\u00fctevaz\u0131 seviyelere \u00e7ekildi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. Yine de, b\u00f6lgenin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc i\u015fe al\u0131m planlar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki i\u015fverenlerden gelmesiyle birlikte, birinci \u00e7eyrekte i\u015f arayanlar\u0131n olumlu istihdam tablosundan istifade edebilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz\u201d diye konu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>T\u00fcrkiye 2014 birinci \u00e7eyrek Net \u0130stihdam G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc: +%16<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Toplam istihdamda art\u0131\u015f \u00f6ng\u00f6ren i\u015fverenlerin y\u00fczdesinden, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00e7eyrekte i\u015f yerlerinde istihdam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bekleyen i\u015fverenlerin y\u00fczdesi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak hesaplanan Net \u0130stihdam G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de birinci \u00e7eyrekte y\u00fczde 16\u2019l\u0131k bir art\u0131 puan g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. Buna g\u00f6re be\u015f b\u00f6lgenin tamam\u0131nda i\u015fverenler, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n birinci \u00e7eyre\u011fi s\u00fcresince personel say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyor. En iyimser i\u015fe al\u0131m planlar\u0131 istihdam g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131ras\u0131yla +%21 ve +%20 oldu\u011fu \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu ve Ege B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nden geliyor. Marmara\u2019da i\u015fverenler +%19 ile iyimser bir i\u015fe al\u0131m beklentisi bildiriyor. En zay\u0131f \u2013 ve tek negatif \u2013 Net \u0130stihdam G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmleri \u0130talya, \u0130rlanda, Finlandiya, \u0130spanya, Slovakya ve Bel\u00e7ika\u2019da \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa, Orta Do\u011fu ve Afrika (EMEA) B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde i\u015fe al\u0131m e\u011filimleri ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lan 24 \u00fclkenin 16\u2019s\u0131nda i\u015fverenlerin olumlu i\u015fe al\u0131m tahminleri ile kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k bir tablo sergilemeye devam ediyor. \u00dc\u00e7 ay \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re 24 \u00fclkeden 15\u2019inde G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmler iyile\u015firken yedisinde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
