Nay\u0131r, sorulara a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getiriyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ne zaman emekli olurum?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nay\u0131r, emeklilik i\u00e7in belirleyici unsurun sigorta ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihi ve cinsiyet oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Sigorta ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihinin ge\u00e7erli olabilmesi i\u00e7in mutlaka ki\u015fi ad\u0131na emeklilik sigorta kolu i\u00e7in prim \u00f6denmesi gerekti\u011fini belirten Nay\u0131r, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam ediyor: \u201cSigorta ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihine g\u00f6re yap\u0131lacak emeklilik hesab\u0131nda ay\u0131rt edici \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6nem var. 08.09.1999 ve \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde kademeli ge\u00e7i\u015f varken, 09.09.1999 &#8211;\u00a009.08.2008 tarihleri aras\u0131 ve 10.08.2008 sonras\u0131 i\u00e7in sabit de\u011ferler s\u00f6z konusu. Emekli olabilmek i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct var. Hizmet s\u00fcresi, prim g\u00fcn\u00fc ve ya\u015f. Hizmet s\u00fcresi ilk i\u015fe giri\u015f tarihinden bu g\u00fcne kadar ge\u00e7mi\u015f olan tarih dilimini kaps\u0131yor. Bu s\u00fcre kad\u0131nlarda 20, erkeklerde 25 y\u0131l. Prim g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz s\u00fcrelerde ad\u0131n\u0131za yat\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sigorta primini temsil ediyor. Emekli olabilmek i\u00e7in 09.09.1999 &#8211;\u00a009.08.2008 tarihleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsan\u0131z 7 bin, 10.08.2008 sonras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsan\u0131z 9 bin prim g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcz olmal\u0131. Ya\u015f \u015fart\u0131 ise 09.09.1999 &#8211;\u00a009.08.2008 tarihleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsan\u0131z kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in 58 erkekler i\u00e7in 60, 10.08.2008 sonras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fsan\u0131z kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in 60 erkekler i\u00e7in 65 olarak veriliyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ne kadar emekli maa\u015f\u0131 al\u0131r\u0131m?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/ik-blog\/2017-yili-asgari-ucret-issizlik-maasi-ve-prim-borclanmalari-aciklandi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesab\u0131nda<\/a><\/strong> belirleyici unsurun ayl\u0131k ba\u011flama katsay\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Nay\u0131r, ki\u015finin ad\u0131na yatan primler ne kadar y\u00fcksekse emekli maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n da o derece y\u00fcksek olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. Nay\u0131r, \u201cE\u011fer ad\u0131n\u0131za \u00f6denmi\u015f 3 bin 600 g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcz varsa emekli maa\u015f\u0131 hesab\u0131n\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/uyg.sgk.gov.tr\/AylikHesap\/\">https:\/\/uyg.sgk.gov.tr\/AylikHesap\/<\/a> adresinden yapabilirsiniz\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131 neler?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>01.10.2008 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunun en \u00f6nemli maddelerinden biri olan genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n, altyap\u0131 yetersizli\u011fi nedeniyle 2012 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bekledi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Nay\u0131r, 1 Ocak 2012 tarihinde 75 milyon ki\u015finin genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131na ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<h2>2017 y\u0131l\u0131 genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primleri<\/h2>\n<p>Ayl\u0131k geliri 592,50 TL\u2019den az olanlar\u0131n primleri devlet taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6deniyor<\/p>\n<p>Ayl\u0131k geliri 592,50 TL\u2019den 1.777,50 TL\u2019ye kadar olanlar 71,10 TL genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6d\u00fcyor<\/p>\n<p>Ayl\u0131k geliri 1.777,50 TL\u2019den 3.555,00 TL\u2019ye kadar olanlar 213,30 TL genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6d\u00fcyor<\/p>\n<p>Ayl\u0131k geliri 3.555,00 TL\u2019den fazla olanlarla gelir testi yapt\u0131rmayanlar 426,60 TL genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primi \u00f6d\u00fcyor<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130\u015ften ayr\u0131lma halinde genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Nay\u0131r, i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma durumunda genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda da a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re, i\u015fin sona erdi\u011fi tarih itibariyle ki\u015finin ad\u0131na son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde 90 ve \u00fczerinde sigorta primi yatm\u0131\u015fsa 100 g\u00fcn, 90 g\u00fcn prim yatmam\u0131\u015fsa 10 g\u00fcn daha ki\u015fi sigortal\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendiriliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Y\u0131ll\u0131k izinlerin son durumu nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u015f\u00e7ilere verilecek y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin s\u00fcresinin de de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini belirten Nay\u0131r, hizmet s\u00fcresi bir y\u0131ldan be\u015f y\u0131la kadar (be\u015f y\u0131l dahil) olanlara on d\u00f6rt g\u00fcnden, be\u015f y\u0131ldan fazla on be\u015f y\u0131ldan az olanlara yirmi g\u00fcnden, on be\u015f y\u0131l ve daha fazla olanlara da yirmi alt\u0131 g\u00fcnden az izin verilemeyece\u011fini vurguluyor. Nay\u0131r, \u201cY\u0131ll\u0131k izin hesab\u0131nda i\u015f yerinde ilk i\u015fe girilen tarihe g\u00f6re y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemlerin tamamlanmas\u0131na dikkat ediliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 1 Haziran g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015fe ba\u015flayan bir i\u015f\u00e7inin y\u0131ll\u0131k izin hakk\u0131 her y\u0131l 1 Haziran g\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015flar. 1 Haziran 2016 tarihinde i\u015fe ba\u015flayan i\u015f\u00e7i, ilk defa 1 Haziran 2017 g\u00fcn\u00fc y\u0131ll\u0131k izne hak kazan\u0131r. Y\u0131ll\u0131k izinler be\u015fe b\u00f6l\u00fcnebilir ve bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 10 g\u00fcnden az olamaz. \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin, izin s\u00fcresine rastlayan Pazar g\u00fcnleriyle ulusal bayram ve genel tatil g\u00fcnleri izin s\u00fcresinden say\u0131lmaz ve izne ilave edilir. 14 g\u00fcn izne \u00e7\u0131kan bir i\u015f\u00e7inin izin s\u00fcresi i\u00e7ine rastlayan iki Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fcyle birlikte 16 g\u00fcn izni olur\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>K\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131n son durumu nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/ik-blog\/15-yil-3600-gunle-kidem-tazminati-hayal-mi-oluyor\/\" target=\"_blank\">K\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131n<\/a><\/strong> bir i\u015f yerinde en az bir y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7inin, belirli \u015fartlar olu\u015ftu\u011funda i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131rken ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplu \u00f6deme tutar\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten Nay\u0131r, hesaplama yap\u0131l\u0131rken i\u015f\u00e7inin en son ay ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretin br\u00fct tutar\u0131n\u0131n esas al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Nay\u0131r, \u201c\u0130\u015f\u00e7iye, i\u015f yerinde ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi her bir y\u0131l i\u00e7in bir ayl\u0131k br\u00fct \u00fccreti tutar\u0131nda \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131r ve bu \u00f6demeden sadece damga vergisi kesilir. \u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019nun 24. maddesinde belirtilen nedenlerden birine dayanarak i\u015f akdini fesheden i\u015f\u00e7i, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131na hak kazan\u0131r. Hakl\u0131 nedenle fesih halleri; sa\u011fl\u0131k sebepleri, ahlak ve iyi niyet kurallar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k, zorlay\u0131c\u0131 sebepler ve i\u015f\u00e7inin g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ya da tutuklanmas\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor.
