Teknoloji sayesinde 7-24 ula\u015f\u0131labilen mobil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar haline gelen \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 adeta birer tele-k\u00f6le gibi i\u015f odakl\u0131 ya\u015fay\u0131p zamanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funu i\u015fe ay\u0131r\u0131yor. Zaman bask\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle de hayatta yapt\u0131klar\u0131 her \u015feyi normalinden 2-3 kat h\u0131zl\u0131 yap\u0131yorlar. Tabii ki h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7ekim ya\u015fanan bir hayat beraberinde bir\u00e7ok olumsuzlu\u011fu da getiriyor:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; H\u0131zl\u0131 yemek yeme nedeniyle kilo almak<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; H\u0131zl\u0131 ya\u015famak sonucu ileti\u015fim kurdu\u011fumuz ki\u015filere yeterli ilgiyi g\u00f6stermemek<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c7evremizdeki ki\u015filere daha az sevgi ve ilgi g\u00f6stermek<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; H\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n getirdi\u011fi artan hata oran\u0131<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; H\u0131zl\u0131 karar alman\u0131n getirdi\u011fi yanl\u0131\u015f kararlar<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; H\u0131zl\u0131 i\u015f yapmak i\u00e7in daha kalitesiz i\u015fler \u00e7\u0131karmak<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda o kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yor ki adeta o eski kadim Afrika hikayesinde oldu\u011fu gibi ruhlar\u0131 geride kal\u0131yor. Eski Afrika hikayesini \u015f\u00f6yle bir hat\u0131rlarsak; Afrikal\u0131lar, beyaz adamlarla birlikte Afrika\u2019da bir yerde seyahat ediyor. Beyaz adam hep h\u0131zl\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 gitmek istiyor. Afrikal\u0131lar ikide bir durup oturuyor. \u201cNe oluyor? Niye oturuyorsunuz? Hadi acelemiz var\u201d denildi\u011fi zaman, Afrikal\u0131lar\u2019\u0131n verdi\u011fi cevap ise \u00e7ok manidar: \u201cO kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 gidiyoruz ki, ruhlar\u0131m\u0131z geride kal\u0131yor.\u201d Biz de maalesef ruhlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geride kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir hayat d\u00fczeninde \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131n\u0131p duruyoruz. Uzun saatlerimizi para kazanmak ve m\u00fclk edinmek gibi maddi u\u011fra\u015flara harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in sevdiklerimize ay\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman azal\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bu u\u011fra\u015flar sonunda bize zaman yoksullu\u011fu olarak geri d\u00f6n\u00fcyor ve bu da hem \u00f6zel hem de i\u015f hayat\u0131nda mutsuzlu\u011fu art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Mutluluk, insan\u0131n hayat\u0131 boyunca en \u00e7ok kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131, duymaktan zevk ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn \u00f6nem kazanan kavramlardan biri. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n en verimli ve uzun d\u00f6neminin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi i\u015f yerlerine her g\u00fcn ayn\u0131 heyecanla gidip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve en iyi \u015fekilde ve zaman\u0131nda i\u015fini bitirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015fini severek ve mutlu bir \u015fekilde yapmas\u0131 ise b\u00fcy\u00fck bir gereklilik. Zira profesyonellerin hem kendine hem de i\u015fletmeye faydal\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131n yolu mutluluktan ge\u00e7iyor. Gerek i\u015fletmeler gerekse \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli olan mutluluk ve i\u015fte mutluluk kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi, tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenmesi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Psikolog Abraham Maslow demi\u015f ki: \u201c\u0130nsan\u0131n ya\u015fayabilece\u011fi en iyi kader, onun ba\u015f\u0131na gelebilecek en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fans, \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fi bir i\u015fi yaparken ayn\u0131 zamanda o i\u015ften maddi kazan\u00e7 sa\u011flamas\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d Hangi i\u015fin insana bu \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fans\u0131\u201d getirece\u011fini kestirmek her zaman kolay de\u011fil. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n i\u015fleri ile ili\u015fkisini konu alan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar bu noktada bize \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutabilir. Y Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netmenin ve elde tutman\u0131n zorlu\u011fu, a\u011f\u0131r rekabet ortam\u0131 ve ekonomik krizler nedeni ile yeni eleman al\u0131m\u0131 her zamankinden daha zorla\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7ok masrafl\u0131 ve beklenen performansa ula\u015fmak da uzun zaman al\u0131yor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u015firketler hedeflerine ancak i\u015flerine g\u00f6n\u00fclden ba\u011fl\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek performans g\u00f6steren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla ula\u015fabilir. Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k ve y\u00fcksek performans ancak mutlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n mutlu ve huzurlu bir ortamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan kurumlar, bu amac\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmek i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck operasyon y\u00fck\u00fc alt\u0131nda yeterli zamana sahip olamayabiliyor veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mutlulu\u011funu sadece hijyenik fakt\u00f6rlere ba\u011flayabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk mutluluk y\u00f6netimi kavram\u0131n\u0131 zikretti\u011fimiz ve \u201cMutluluk M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d olarak g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda insanlar bana g\u00fclerek bakm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Her yeni uygulama gibi bize \u00f6nce g\u00fcl\u00fcnd\u00fc, reddedildi ama zamanla mutluluk y\u00f6netiminin \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bir fonksiyonu oldu\u011fu kurumlarca anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131 ve \u0130K b\u00fcnyesinde mutluluk departmanlar\u0131 olu\u015fturulup \u201cMutluluk M\u00fcd\u00fcrleri\u201d istihdam edilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131na geldi\u011fimizde evet mutluluk konusunda \u0130K alan\u0131nda ilerlemeler kaydedildi ama mutluluk halen \u0130K fonksiyonlar\u0131yla birlikte ele al\u0131nm\u0131yor ve stratejik bir partner olarak y\u00f6netilmiyor. Mutluluk y\u00f6netimi sadece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara s\u00fcrprizler yap\u0131p, belirli g\u00fcn ve haftalar\u0131 kutlamakla k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 kal\u0131yor. Oysaki mutluluk y\u00f6netimi \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 fonksiyonlar\u0131yla birlikte analiz edilerek y\u00f6netilmelidir. Bu kapsamda yap\u0131lacak ilk i\u015f onlara s\u00fcrpriz olarak hediyeler, \u00f6zel yiyecek\/i\u00e7ecek da\u011f\u0131tarak \u00f6zel g\u00fcnleri kutlamak, spor-lang\u0131rt-kuaf\u00f6r salonlar\u0131 a\u00e7mak de\u011fil i\u015fe al\u0131mdan itibaren t\u00fcm \u0130K fonksiyonlar\u0131yla birlikte mutlulu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirmektir. En ba\u015fta i\u015fe al\u0131mda onlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere sadece \u201cA\u201d s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 oyuncular\u0131 i\u015fe almakla ba\u015flamak gerekiyor. Biz s\u00fcrece tamamen tersten bak\u0131yoruz. C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ve mutsuz ki\u015fileri i\u015fe al\u0131p sonra mutlu etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz oysa i\u015fe al\u0131mda A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ve mutlu ki\u015fileri ekibe dahil etmek gerekiyor. Performanslar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ger\u00e7ekler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla hala tam olarak payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131yor. Sadece resmi de\u011ferlendirmelerle de\u011fil gayr\u0131 resmi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerle de performans \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla birlikte analiz edilmelidir. Yetkinlikleri art\u0131k ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u015fte tutmak ve performanslar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine c\u00f6mert bir ayr\u0131lma tazminat\u0131yla ayr\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 teklif etmek daha mant\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00a0\u201cSular bulanmadan durulmaz!\u201d diye bir atas\u00f6z\u00fc vard\u0131r ya, bunun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u0130K faaliyetlerine uyarlanm\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u201cG\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczlerden kurtulmadan G\u00fc\u00e7lenilmez!\u201d Ekibinizdeki g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczlerle mutlu olamazs\u0131n\u0131z! Y\u00f6neticileri de mutluluk y\u00f6netimi s\u00fcrecine dahil etmelisiniz. Y\u00f6neticilerin g\u00f6revi sadece astlar\u0131na iyi ment\u00f6rl\u00fck yapmak veya evraklar\u0131 zaman\u0131nda tamamlamak de\u011fil iyi ekipler kurmak ve onlar\u0131 mutlu etmektir.
