Yolda\u015f, e\u011fitim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki \u0130K politikalar\u0131ndan ve projelerinden s\u00f6z ediyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>E\u011fitim ge\u00e7mi\u015finiz ve \u0130K alan\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7meye karar verme nedenlerinizden bahsedebilir misiniz? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi \u0130\u015fletme Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde \u00f6\u011frenimimi devam ettirirken ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 dersleriyle yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde bu alana ilgi duymaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Ard\u0131ndan \u00fcst \u00fcste yaz stajlar\u0131m\u0131 \u00fcretim, ihracat ve sat\u0131\u015f alanlar\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren bir grup \u015firketinin \u00f6zl\u00fck ve bordro departman\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak ge\u00e7irdim. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m bu stajlar benim \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 mesle\u011fine olan ilgimi peki\u015ftirdi. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcniversite mezuniyetimden sonra k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem askerli\u011fimi yapar yapmaz o d\u00f6nem \u0130zmir\u2019de yeni a\u00e7\u0131lan \u00d6zdilek \u0130zmir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezine Personel \u015eef Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olarak kabul edilerek 2001 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren profesyonel i\u015f hayat\u0131ma ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldum. Bir y\u0131l kadar sonra ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m terfiiyle g\u00f6revime bu kez y\u00f6netici olarak birka\u00e7 y\u0131l boyunca devam ettim. Ard\u0131ndan 2004 &#8211; 2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda s\u0131ras\u0131yla Pepsi ve Tesco Kipa gibi uluslararas\u0131 \u015firketlerde sekiz y\u0131la yak\u0131n bir s\u00fcre y\u00f6neticilik yapt\u0131m. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren de \u0130zmir \u00d6zel T\u00fcrk Koleji \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fctmekteyim.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sizce stratejik olarak \u0130K y\u00f6netimi yapmak neden \u00f6nemli?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fanan ba\u015f d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc teknolojik, ekonomik ve sosyal geli\u015fmelerin \u015firketlerin insan kayna\u011f\u0131na verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Tam bu noktada de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimi, yetenek y\u00f6netimi gibi kritik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 ancak o kurumlardaki g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f ve karar mekanizmalar\u0131nda aktif rol alabilen bir \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Son d\u00f6nemde sizi en \u00e7ok heyecanland\u0131ran \u0130K Projesi ne oldu? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130zmir \u00d6zel T\u00fcrk Koleji ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00fcy\u00fcyen, bu b\u00fcy\u00fcme ile de s\u00fcrekli y\u00f6netici ihtiyac\u0131 olan bir kurum. Bu noktada ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rarak t\u00fcm okullar\u0131m\u0131zda hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz \u0130TK Liderlik Akademisi\u2019nden ba\u015far\u0131 ile mezun olan lider adaylar\u0131m\u0131zdan y\u00fczde 80\u2019inin b\u00f6l\u00fcm ba\u015fkan\u0131, m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc gibi \u00fcst rollere atanmalar\u0131 ve sonras\u0131nda da bu yeni g\u00f6revlerini ba\u015far\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini g\u00f6rmek bizleri olduk\u00e7a mutlu ederek gururland\u0131rd\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda benzer hedefleri olan di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in de olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir motivasyon kayna\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Dilerseniz bunu nas\u0131l ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan k\u0131saca bahsedeyim: Okulumuzda olduk\u00e7a renkli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 mevcut. Her y\u0131l yirmiden fazla b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 etkinlik organize ediliyor. Bu etkinlikler konserler, m\u00fczikaller, davetler, geceler, sergiler, g\u00f6steriler, yar\u0131\u015fmalar, sosyal sorumluluk projeleri gibi her kademeden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n aileleriyle birlikte rahatl\u0131kla kat\u0131labilece\u011fi t\u00fcrden etkinlikler.
