Sadece bu d\u00f6nemde 300 ki\u015finin istihdam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak y\u00fczde 30\u2019luk bir personel art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6nettik ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te 300 beyaz yaka, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1000 mavi yaka aday ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerimiz oldu. Elbette bu kadar k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede bu kadar yo\u011fun bir i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirmenin verimli bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilmesi oryantasyon ve izleme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinizin \u00e7ok iyi tasarlanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131. Best A.\u015e olarak t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle firma de\u011ferlerimizi aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir i\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc e\u011fitiminden ge\u00e7iriyoruz. T\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z kendi dizayn ettikleri formalarla ve tak\u0131mlar\u0131yla, firma i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011fle aralar\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve iki ay s\u00fcren bu karnavalda yerini al\u0131yor. Geleneksel hale getirdi\u011fimiz yeni y\u0131l kokteylimizde \u00fcst y\u00f6netim yeni y\u0131la dair stratejik hedeflerini t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ile payla\u015f\u0131yor. Bunun yan\u0131nda yeni kuruldu\u011fu halde ilk y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015fampiyonluk ya\u015fayan ve \u015fu an ikinci ligde m\u00fccadele eden bir basketbol tak\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z da mevcut.
