Yetkin ve tecr\u00fcbeli insan kayna\u011f\u0131na duyulan ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z projelerimizin yo\u011funlu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcze \u00f6zel adaylar\u0131 se\u00e7erken hangi niteliklere \u00f6nem veriyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her pozisyon kendi i\u00e7inde \u00f6zel niteliklere sahip. \u00d6zellikle \u00f6zel aday se\u00e7iminde aday\u0131n i\u015f tecr\u00fcbesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kurum de\u011ferlerimizden olan yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, sonu\u00e7 odakl\u0131l\u0131k, sorumluluk bilinciyle birlikte, inisiyatif kullanma, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6netimi, etkin ileti\u015fim ve problem \u00e7\u00f6zme becerisi yetkinliklerinin adayda y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc mimarl\u0131k \u00f6zveri g\u00f6stermeniz gereken, disiplin isteyen ve ger\u00e7ekten keyfine varabilecek ki\u015filerin yapmas\u0131 gereken bir meslek. Koordinasyon becerisi y\u00fcksek ve uyumlu bir karakter olmazsa olmaz kriterlerimiz aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.
