Bug\u00fcn 22 noktada ve 30\u2019un \u00fczerinde \u015fehirde, iki u\u00e7ak ve 400 ara\u00e7tan olu\u015fan bir filoyla 12 bin aktif m\u00fc\u015fteriye hizmet verdiklerini belirten DHL Express T\u00fcrkiye \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve Kaliteden Sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ayla \u00c7etinbora, bine yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanla faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini ifade ediyor. Taklit edilemeyecek en \u00f6nemli g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilerek hareket ettiklerini s\u00f6yleyen \u00c7etinbora, projelerini ve \u0130K politikalar\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yap\u0131lanman\u0131z hakk\u0131nda bilgi alabilir miyiz?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>DHL Express, Deutsche Post DHL grubunun h\u0131zl\u0131 hava ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren bir \u015firketi.100 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z ve 260 u\u00e7aktan olu\u015fan k\u00fcresel a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sayesinde her g\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 220 \u00fclke ve b\u00f6lgesini birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 1981 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyete ba\u015flad\u0131k ve h\u0131zl\u0131 hava ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kurucusu olduk. Bu y\u00fczden saha ve havaalan\u0131 operasyonlar\u0131nda farkl\u0131 uzmanl\u0131klar gerektiren i\u015f tan\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z mevcut. Ayn\u0131 zamanda sat\u0131\u015f ekiplerimiz bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Bu alanda da \u00f6nemli kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunuyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Teknolojiye \u00e7ok yo\u011fun yat\u0131r\u0131m yapan bir \u015firketiz. \u00c7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f otomasyon ve g\u00f6nderi takip sistemlerimiz olsa da, \u00f6zellikle g\u00f6nderilerin kuryeye tesliminden fatura i\u015flemlerine kadar m\u00fc\u015fterilerle olan temas noktalar\u0131nda hep DHL \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 var. \u00d6yle ki g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde bir DHL \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ile m\u00fc\u015fterisi aras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 do\u011frudan etkile\u015fim ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Bu nedenle m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti odakl\u0131 bir \u015firket olarak, taklit edilemeyecek en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funu bilerek hareket ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Firman\u0131zda \u0130K departman\u0131 hangi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130K departman\u0131m\u0131z \u00fccretlendirme ve ek menfaatler, bordro, e\u011fitim, i\u015fe al\u0131m, yetenek geli\u015ftirme ve i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan motivasyonu ve performans y\u00f6netimi b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden olu\u015fuyor. 10 ki\u015filik bir ekiple b\u00fct\u00fcn bu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyoruz. Bir DHL kuryesi taraf\u0131ndan teslim edilen bu paketin i\u00e7inde birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 ekip arkada\u015flar\u0131 ve y\u00f6neticisi taraf\u0131ndan imzalanm\u0131\u015f bir ho\u015f geldin kart\u0131, Global DHL Express CEO\u2019su Ken Allen\u2019\u0131n da yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ho\u015f geldin videosunu i\u00e7eren video playbook, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Takdir Programlar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131tan ve Sertifikal\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 Uzmanl\u0131k (CIS) e\u011fitim yolculu\u011funu anlatan bilgilendirme kartlar\u0131 ile CIS pasaportu, yaka kart\u0131, defter, kalem ve su mataras\u0131 gibi ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra DHL\u2019in t\u00fcm de\u011ferlerini temsil eden DHL De\u011ferler Kart\u0131 yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ho\u015f geldin kutusu 90 g\u00fcnl\u00fck program\u0131n yaln\u0131zca ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131. Bir sonraki a\u015famada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ilk g\u00fcn y\u00f6neticileriyle bir araya gelerek kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 beklentileri netle\u015ftiriyor, sorumluluklar\u0131yla ilgili temel bilgileri al\u0131yor ve DHL\u2019i yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131yor. Gelecek d\u00f6nemki projelerimiz aras\u0131nda Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve ailelerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla bir\u00e7ok keyifli aktivite e\u015fli\u011finde As One &#8211; Big Family Day organizasyonumuzu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyoruz ve bu konuda bir ad\u0131m daha \u00f6ne ge\u00e7erek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u201cYerinde Laboratuvar Hizmeti\u201d vermeyi planl\u0131yoruz, bu projeyle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm h\u0131z\u0131yla devam ediyor. Bu hizmet sayesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z zaman kaybetmeden profesyonel bir laboratuvar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla i\u015fyeri doktorumuzun muayenesi do\u011frultusunda tahlillerini ofis ortam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131l ayr\u0131ca CIM (Sertifikal\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 Y\u00f6netici E\u011fitimleri) program\u0131m\u0131z kapsam\u0131nda bulunan \u201c\u015eeflikte M\u00fckemmellik\u201d e\u011fitim program\u0131n\u0131n yeni mod\u00fcllerini s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i e\u011fitimi olarak t\u00fcm \u015feflerimize vermeyi hedefliyoruz.
